If I could give them a -5 I would. Service sucks. No communication. Dirty. Soda all over the floor! Ice machine overflowing with ice. The people in the back preparing the food are back there laughing and talking while it’s a lot of people waiting on their food.

Could not wait any longer. Asked for refund person at counter just said to call 800 number. Burger King should have a system to let us know how long it’s going to take to have your food out. Waited 30 min and had to go empty handed.

I was here on saturday august 12 2023 from 8:45-9:15. They had run out of hamburgers and coffee and there was a 35 min wait for food. The staff working this night were highly functional under lots of pressure. Great communication with customers and clearly working with a purpose as a team. I’m writing this hoping a manager sees it and gets each employee working that night a treat. Good job y’all.

Had an hour before my flight so I ordered a single thing. Chicken fingers. It took over 45 minutes to get them. When I placed my order I didn’t get a receipt so at 10 minutes I checked on the order to make sure it went through. I waited at the front the entire time. After 40 minutes the employee who I already spoke to and who knew my name proceeded to tell me she had already called my name with such a bad attitude. We’ve been starting at each others faces the last 40 minutes. I saw two other people ask simple customer service questions like asking for condiments or asking about a cup. They were also given a bad attitude by the lady calling out the names. She truly seemed bothered. Honestly don’t visit this location unless you are okay being talked to like an animal. I would give negative stars if I could. Rude and awful employees who are combative with customers. One of them yelled at me after questioning were part of my order was after waiting 30 minutes and my order was wrong. They made me show my receipt 3 times. It was ridiculous. I witnessed them being ride to numerous other people. I told the man who was yelling at me that I didn’t need his attitude, and he said “I’m used to getting an attitude from people like you.” Hmmm… I wonder what he meant there. If you hate your job, get a new one. Stay away from this place.

I never EVER write reviews. I give establishments the benefit of the doubt, but I had to say something about this dumpster fire. I ordered a #7 meal which is $8.49 and I was charged $10.49 on my receipt. I was a bit skeptical about the overcharge but when I received my meal, I was in complete disgust and disappointment. The bun on my sandwich was so chewy, like rubber it was almost a choking hazard. The chicken was completely fried and almost inedible and it was covered/drenched in sauce. The onion rings were so old, stale and gross, I took a couple of bites and threw it out. There was no need to go back and complain because the staff at the BK seemed so incredibly disinterested in any customer service it was a sad sight to see. I genuinely felt sorry and bad for the people working there. I used to love BK as a kid but time and time again this has been an awful experience. For a similar price I could have had a enjoyable cuban sandwich from the place next door. BURGER KING, YOU CAN DO BETTER. For us, for the people for when the whopper was king. This is my last straw and I will never go back. Thank you for reading my Ted Talk.

Id give it negative stars if possible. Very rude and disorderedly. I was told they were out of whoppers 10 min after placing my order but reassured they did have impossible whoppers. I waited an hour for my food (an impossible whopper) and was given a chicken sandwich instead. When I approach the girl at FOH to ask for something else she interrupted me and yelled saying “I told u we dont got burgers.” I was asking for a different option because the point of my original order was for someone who was vegetarian. I simply wanted fries or anything else that just wasn’t meat and I was cursed at and told to “watch my attitude” because of my request. She also snatched the bag out of my hand along with receipt and took the sandwich I had touched already out the bag and redirected it. She acted nasty towards every person she encountered. There was an employee who afterward helped another person of my party, I assume she was a supervisor, she was patient. Nonetheless, Ive worked many food jobs and never have I ever experienced inappropriate behavior like that towards undeserving patient customers. (I place my order at 8:30 and received it at 9:42)
