free and more parking space. have a drive through. there are large green lizards along the parking slots (i’m not sure of the species name). fast service and place is quite clean but when i looked up on the ceiling, the AC outlet was dirty. tried the new crispy chicken sandwich and it was really good. plenty of mozzarella sticks for just almost $3.

Always a trip to go here… the impossible whoppers are on point each time and that one gentleman at the window and register is SO LIVELY and characterized for the stage. He has a gift, and uses it well! Bathrooms continue to be much cleaner and taken care of, and dining area, though aged in decor and upholstery, trimmings, and color scheme, is neat and organized! I’m always pleased with this spot!

The manager at this location is the rudest most unpolished and impolite person I have ever met. I showed up to do a door dash and this individual was very angry that his own employee “Ricardo” had ordered food thru the Door Dash app, so he proceeded to delay order, asked me to calm down and ultimately refused to hand the order to me. I had come in peace, and with a great attitude, just trying to work. I called local law enforcement since l was verbally assaulted while I am working. This “manager” had 0 zero right to interfere with my job duties and my livelihood, and so l described the situation to the lauderhill operator in detail, which she documented. I did the same with door dash support. I provided an explanation as to why l had called and why l said what l said. She asked me if l needed help and l said I no longer need your help as l am leaving the location. This happened at 3:14pm on Saturday, June 24th, 2023. There is bad energy at this location. If you are reading this, I recommend you just go to a different location and avoid this place altogether. I am owed an apology.

I am an Uber driver. I visit BK’s all through south Florida. This is my new favorite BK. the employees work together like a championship team. The general manager was hands on. Anytime other managers in other BK restaurants are always in the office. Not here at store number 39. GM working side by side with hourly employees. My order came fast hot & fresh. I ordered Wednesday whopper… I was offered napkins & cashier suggested items to purchase that enhanced my original order. In my opinion this should be a training store. I hade it my way. ** FOOD HAZARD ** Went to order a chicken sandwich tonight and when I opened the wrapping the bottom of the sandwich had mold on it. THIS IS A FOOD SAFTEY AND HEALTH ISSUE. Very disappointed. Working for the service industry for 25 years is very disappointed that line workers and management will serve MOLDY bread. You lost a customer, rather drive a little more to get my sandwich.
