I suggest the person reading the orders and making the sandwiches, need additional training. On yesterday, my sister and I waited nearly 15 minutes only to receive our order and it was incorrect! I Parker, went inside for a do over and still got to the car and both sandwiches were still incorrect. I then go back in but this time I asked for the Manager Shamya or something. Explained to her, it was my 3rd time…… need I say more BK? I ended up just changing my order for a fish. Such horrible service! The manager was displeased at her staff, and she should be!
