Went here for dinner tonight. Went through the drive thru, waited no one spoke. Went to the front door, my husband went inside. No one to be found until he yelled for someone. Employees came out of the office, wiping their noses. Then proceeded to apologize for not helping in the drive thru. He ordered our food, & waited 10 mins for them to get it to us. We were the ONLY ones there, as the employees stood around not doing anything. We get our food. 2 whoppers, 2 fries, & 2 frozen cokes. Our whoppers were disgustingly burnt (black) with about an inch worth of mayo on them, the fries were old already cooked fries they dropped back into the fryer, and our service was absolutely terrible. Would not recommend eating here what’s so ever, & to the manager you should probably get some employees who can actually do their jobs instead of destroying the customer satisfaction of your store. Not even worth the call up there to have our food remade or anything. As I seen on other reviews this storefront doesn’t care about customers at all. Do better.

It sucked. Would give no stars if I could. Got there right between breakfast and lunch. Was told that I could also have a lunch item on my order. Took over 30 minutes to receive said order. And no one was in the lobby. Food was a mangled mess. Like they had a three-year-old back there making it. Burger was ice cold. Ended up throwing everything away. Refused to give me my money back. Only one employee out of six was actually doing anything. Her name was Destiny. She was practically running the whole place by herself. She was cleaning tables. Bagging orders. Greeting any customer that might’ve come in after us. Who ended up turning around and leaving when they found out that the wait was as long as it was going to be. Staff literally acted excited when a woman asked for her coupon back after finding out the wait. You could literally hear one person yelling “We don’t have to worry about her order no more.” Everyone else was cutting up. Yelling and talking like they were hanging out with friends. You could hear music playing and employees lamenting about personal life and see them on their phones. Drink machines were all out with the exception of three flavors. No sign posted about drinks being out. Dining room had all of its chairs up. Floors and tables were still dirty and I literally stuck too booth seat.

Probably won’t be back again. I guess it’s my own fault for not doing their job for them and making sure everything was in the bag. But not getting 2 of the 3 sandwiches I ordered, I’m not really sure how you mess up that bad. And it wasn’t even busy. At all.

This place is so dirty, stinky and they take for ever to get you food ready employs 0.5/10 they do t work as hard as any other restaurants do. NEVER COME HERE ITS TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!! I have been waiting for 30 minutes and still no food. There are flys in the building. There are ants on the floor!!!

We ordered chicken fries and 2 original chicken sandwiches. The food was room temp at best, but it was so burnt and dry that it was inedible. The chicken fries could not be bent/broken since they were so dry and hard. Idk why but burger King has been dying a slow painful death where bad food is now the norm. I doubt we will be returning. I just wish I could have returned to get my money back but we were driving and just said forget it and went elsewhere for lunch. In the picture the chicken fries don’t look that bad but if you look at the far left one that is open you can see how its drier than the Griswold’s turkey at Christmas time.
