Let me start this by saying they need to change the whole shift or close this place down until they can find or train someone to manage this place. This is the worst most awful place you can eat at my first time coming to this burger king on John young next to Walgreens is the last my food was cold sitting there for 18 min I was waiting for someone to take my order but that took 15 min until someone took my order 33 minutes in a store waiting standing cause the tables and chairs were so dirty it had food left from others that were eating there .then they be cross-contamination the girl came out the fridge went to go grab the window with the same gloves she made burgers with when asking her to changed them she was so mad at me she walked to the back and came back upset at everyone no manager was there the whole time. I walked out and just canceled the order because you might get sick here they do not clean at all you can tell just looking at the pictures everything matches my pictures and what I have been through at this place I will not spend money on something I might regret cause life is great but not when you go to places like this that provides slow cold service and dirty place wow I could not believe they are still open and the fries was sitting there cold the whole time no one fried any French frys wow looks at the pics would you feed your soul and hard-earned money this place not

I have been ordering from the store online for years and today the manager Tasha told me that they do not have online orders! And they don’t do delivery! The delivery never showed up and she would not even simply look into it for me to make sure that my order came through her store she refused too! I asked for corporate office number, and she refused to give me that information as well! My question is Burger King if you’re not going to have managers to actually be a manager and do their job why are they trying to manage anybody? They don’t even have customer service skills for communication! This is unacceptable and I’ve had multiple issues with Burger King messing up my meals lately. Every time I order something is wrong! This will be my last attempt to try to order anything from this Burger King! They mess your order up, even if you do get it, they are rules with terrible customer service, which I am shocked comes from a manager! And on top of that, the manager Tasha just told me they don’t take online orders!!! I feel extremely disrespected! And to put the cherry on the cake, she refused to give me a corporate office number, or any assistance towards online ordering! She told me she does not have the information! Matter of fact, I think I’m gonna get the Better Business Bureau involved on this one!!! I have been robbed by a business, disregarded and disrespected! This is unsatisfactory Burger King! I would leave a picture, but there’s no picture to show because I never got my food!!!

Hit or miss. Food is fresh so that’s why the 3. Everything else needs help. There needs to be a better system for mobile orders. We paid with the app and confirmed our order at the screen as requested, and someone cut in front of us while we finished and pulled up… they decided to serve them for some reason,which is annoying but we thought maybe an uber delivery so ok. We get up to the window and they tried to tell us our order was just picked up by the car that cut in front of us. So you gave them our food without confirming the order? Well… we have the phone with our paid order to prove it so she was forced to have them remake it for us. They claimed to have cut off the shake machine (over an hour before closing), and then just offered a soda in exchange…. customer service skills need help.

The lady at the window I’m assuming is a manager and is very rude .. I was curious as too why this store is always empty I can clearly see why the customer service is poor the food is nasty and not even appealing too eat the fact my food was under cooked. she said they heated my French toast up to look under cooked broken and flattened disgusting just like her attitude. I walked in today at this BK 3/23/23 at 12:30. Ordered a double whopper with cheese. Sat at the table came back to the counter and told the lady cheese was missing. She told me the receipt did not say it was with cheese even though she took my order less than a minute ago.

Came inside and 2 people helped me, orders 2 whopper meals off the broiler with onion rings, the bread was definitely old and they put too much sauce and really little lettuce, it didn’t feel as it came off the broiler it was not juicy as other times I request it. Mozzarella sticks were cold, no sauce, overall the food was not good.

I do not recommend that you go or even buy takeaway food since the place is very dirty, the kitchen, the tables and chairs are too dirty, for work reasons I had to eat there, I got home sick with diarrhea and vomiting, it is probable that some bacteria caused my indigestion, the people are not nice, they are upset and they look at you badly, IT IS NOT the place, IT IS NOT the franchise, it is the people who work there, I will not take any action but it is likely that someone will in a future
