9-15-2022 – BIG TIME FAIL! Order a #1 w/ cheese extra onion extra mayo. Dude in the window was not focused – I could tell by his rapid voice. I asked at the speaker, did you get the extra cheese and mayo? Yea yea yea he said. Paid and told to pull forward. No receipt. Waiting waiting – then John comes out and asked for my receipt- you didn’t give me one! Then asked what my order was. Repeated the order… 5-cars go around me and then here comes my bag of food – FAIL! Not my order and told him. I get a look back like huh? Screw it, I took the two sandwiches and fries. The food even was nasty looking. Done with the Burger King – won’t be back! Going down the road a mile to Topps burgers to give them my $10 in future.

Walked in and ordered, waited about 6 minutes until someone even came to the front. The manager started taking order while rolling her eyes and just walked away mid order and said “you can do it, I’m gonna do paperwork” to one other employee. Sat inside with a friend and worst decision cause it’s absolutely disgusting and dirty in there and smells like a toilet. Also they were empty on a few things (ketchup packets, medium cups had to pay for large, napkins). Just horrible 10/10 don’t recommend!

What a level headed bunch of folks here ❤️ There was this horrible woman screaming at them in the drive through. We could hear her in the lobby area Then she came inside screaming and acting like a lunatic. The employees handled the situation with such class and professionalism while sending her out the door. Great job Guys! Great Job!!!

Employees were inattentive food was cold, tstat said it was 93 degrees in the dining room…which probably explains what was wrong with the staff.

We went there at 4:45pm there was one person ahead of us in drive through sat there for 30 minutes for cold food. Tried to order a swing into spider verse meal the ice cream machine was down and no mozzarella sticks I was ok with that if they would swap the ice cream with the pie since the ice cream machine was down and no mozzarella sticks they said no and that was the end of that they were rude and not very helpful food was horrible terrible experience all around won’t be back you shouldn’t visit here either.BTW parking lot was empty also no one was there for it to take 30 minutes they just didn’t want to do there job.

As I arrived there was nobody in the drive thru but me. The attendant answered the order station laughing. He continued to talk to his coworker while on the mic with me. He had to have me say my order of a single item three times, as he was laughing. Then still got it wrong when he repeated it back to me. Then I gave him my other item. No total was given just continued chatter and laughter on the mic. As I pulled up to the window I felt like his service was still rude as he was pointing out the window at me and had to shut the window again cause he was laughing so hard. I wanted to drive away after giving half my order cause this in my eyes was rude and not good service at all. But instead I was the god customer and paid and took my order home.

Order was wrong plus there was missing items. Tried to call the store to get some kind of fix, no one answered for hours, tried calling corporate office in Miami, same thing no answer. We have repeatedly gotten horrible cold food and missing items. Service is horrible and food is disgusting, burnt burgers, burnt buns, old refried fries, honestly how are they still open, specially since the corporate office never answers the phone. Next time tops burgers gets my money

The two females working the drive-thru on Saturday morning 5/20 were completely incompetent and rude. I ordered a croissant and asked for a ice coffee as well they said the machine was down (I thought to myself hummmm never heard that one before but okay). I said okay I will just take the ham and cheese croissant then. They then left me waiting at the order spot for more than 5 minutes and then came back and said “Oh now so what kind of croissant” I replied ham and cheese please. She said sausage and egg. I said no ham and cheese. She said oh yeah ham and then proceeded to ring up a sausage croissant ( could see it on the computrized menu/order screen when she keyed it in. I then said a ham croissant again and she proceeded to say yeah and tell me the total for a sausage croissant. When I pulled around I ask did she get I wanted a ham croissant she said very rudely uh yeah and told me the total for a sausage again. I ask isn’t the ham croissant $3 and something and she said yeah but with tax it is $5 and change. I told her that does not sound right cause tax would not be more than 40cents. She said “oh yeah” (like your right), so then she changed her story to well the price is wrong on the order menu( mind you the is a computerized order screen that is tied to the registry that you can see when they ring the WRONG item in). But she continued to lie and say when you ring it up it comes to $5 something with tax. I gave up because at that point I did not trust her with my credit card or to make my croissant correctly.

It’s better off staying closed. Horrible cold food and service. Went through the drive-through and was asking for an additional order. The woman was singing and totally ignored our requests and was rude.
