This review is for the owners. Whoever owns this needs to put a few million into this place. Clean up the place, remodel it. The employees are nice, i have to say this was a great hamburger. Sure i had to pull around fromt but I’m happy food was hot and food. The owners just need to show up and renovate the restaurant. If they fixed they could hire more employees, then it would be better.

Bad BAD SERVICE LAZY Staff , rude people who don’t correct orders made or apologetic to errors made and make u wait for food with 3 or 4 staff working talking about what orders go where being all confused and un trained ! I show management yelling at staff and cursing as well as making them fell lesser individuals , not good place to go to and everyone talked breaks , on phone and eats food in front of you . Along with place being old and everything is mold on top of vents u can see and kitchen

I went here despite the 2.7 star rating. That, was a mistake. I ordered a number 2 and the meat was cold, the cheese was not melted and all of the ingredients were piled on the center. The staff, well, I’ll just say I have never seen less professionalism. The storefront and inside are equally disgusting. There was a homeless woman in there screaming to herself and a baby doll in her shopping cart. I am not articulate enough to describe the experience. I think I’ll shop via ratings now.

We were put of state and this was a Burger King on 30A in Florida. We were in heavy traffic and I was getting hungry, so we decided to pull over to get a sandwich. I ordered a fish sandwich. It was overcooked and greasy, which is normally not the case with Burger King. . We had to pull over in the parking lot. The lady manager came out, seemed perturbed, and handed me the sandwich. Barely a smile on her face, like it was a big bother to her. Won’t stop here again.

Aretta is running this Burger King like a well-oiled machine! She does a great job taking orders and she is soooo friendly. She works hard to make sure your order is right and you get exactly what you ask for. The dining room is clean and the food was hot and fresh.

The manager is the absolute worst. He was withholding my food as punishment because I complained about a 40+ minute wait. ($21 total, small.simple order) After asking me what I wanted him to do. I replied give me my food or give me a refund . Because I ordered on the app a refund wasnt possible. After requesting a refund or to go check on my food he said “don’t come in here ordering me around “. He asked what I wanted him to do ?!!!?!?

The impossible burger is a convenient choice for a busy vegan. However ordering from here is NOT convenient at all! Went through the drive through(wasn’t given a receipt) and was asked to pull around as our order would be brought to us. Approximately 25 minutes later there was still no sign of our food. We watched multiple people go in after our order was placed and eat their food. We went inside to ask about our order and was informed our burgers were not even on the grill. So we waited about 10 minutes longer to receive our order. One of the burgers were made incorrectly and had to be remade. 10 minutes later we got our corrected burger. Getting home (2 minutes later) to eat our lunch. One burger was cold and the other had so much mustard on it that it had made both sides of buns soggy. Needless to say we will not be ordering from here again.

We tried this on the way to Destin, there were no one by the drive through line, but were waited for 15 mins for very simple order. There were 5 people working inside, and only 5 other customers inside, not sure why they delay like this.

This place is nothing but a joke. I’m standing in there for Doordash for well over 10 minutes and there’s customers that I know I’ve been in there much longer that still have not received their food. Just need to shut down this place and make it something else…
