Got asked to pull ahead with not a single person in line at the drive thru. The management needs to focus on actually getting food to the customers instead of drive thru times (which is a lie if you ask people to move forward) I found that the first item I ordered was not in the bag. So now I had to go inside to ask for my food. The management needs to focus on order accuracy instead of getting the wrong food out quickly.

Ordered 15 mins in advance, drove 20 mins to pickup order and it wasn’t even ready when I got there. Waited another 5-10 minutes for them to make a simple order of nuggets, fries and 2 milkshakes and turns out their mixer is broken so the shakes weren’t even mixed when I got them. Ordering here was a mistake on my part. It’s a mistake if you decide to eat here too.

ordered #5 no tomato add cheese and the sandwich was incorrect. I came back to the store theu the drive thru and explained that the sandwich was incorrect and the same girl interrupted me rudely and told me to pull forward. I explained to the young lady that my order was wrong with the correction and she proceeded to say something inappropriate and I told her she is very rude and I’d like to speak to her manager. The manager then came to the window with the same attitude…. I then told her that I now see where she gets the rudeness from and explained to her that my sandwich was incorrect… the manager refused to correct my sandwich and told me that she was calling the cops!!!!!! I immediately was shocked and asked her again to fix the sandwich. She closed the drive thru window and walked away. I decided to stay at the window until she fixed the sandwich. She threatened to call the cops to have me removed and I again asked her to fix my sandwich…. I am soooooo disappointed in the he managers actions… a refund wasn’t even offered… which made me even more upset and the fact that she lied stating that she offered to fix my issue…. This place definitely needs new management…. I am sure the corporate management or the franchise owner is not aware as to what is really going on in this store.

I ordered a melt and recieved a plain double cheeseburger with some sauce on it. When I walked inside to get my order corrected I was told that they were out of the correct buns and that was all they could do. So I was given a burger that was half the size I ordered and basically told “oh well”.

I got the new bacon melt, I’m pretty sure they just smashed and toasted a normal bun. It’s called the melt but the cheese wasn’t even melted. It was terrible lol

I see a lot of low reviews, but my experience here was amazing. My spicy chicken burger was juicy and delicious. My fries and nuggets were also super hot. The only thing that was lacking was the taste of nuggets. Overall, I was on vacation and need something quick, and they delivered amazing food and service.
