STAY AWAY FROM HERE!! Health hazard. Just ordered this hour. The impossible whoppers I ordered are raw. The workers are disorganized, disheveled & have NO clue what they’re doing! Decided to leave the house for a fast snack at 10:35. Pulled up at the drive-thru and waited for 15 minutes before deciding to pull up to the window. Finally this lady peaks her head out and tells me “sorry but we can’t take your order here, please pull around to the front of the lobby.” Okay… no problem. I then waited a total for 40 extra minutes from the time of my experience at the window! I got my food and exchanged numbers with my new bestie that was honking and doing circles around the drive through trying to get help. I got my food. Checked it. Missing all of the nuggets. Pulled straight around and waited and was greeted by the friendly manager by saying “You’re still here?” Yeah.. you forgot the nuggets. Should’ve known this was a bad choice as it’s always been known as the bad burger king and the Burger King brawler! There is my rant while I’m still in the parking lot waiting for my nuggets. Pray for my safe return home one day. Tell mom I love her.

Ate here several times and not sure why I kept coming back. I had a few good meals here. Got tired of seeing all of the staff on their cell phones instead of working, touching food after handling their cell phones, extremely long hair swinging around, and the last straw was a purple hair in my food. I’ve visited Panama City a few time on business trips. I’ve always steered clear of this Burger King because of the long lines and cold food even when going inside. Yesterday, I went inside to place my order despite my judgement. The inside was very clean, and the BK workers were friendly and attentive. My wait wasn’t long at all, I was in an out in under 10 mins with my meal and beverage. The General Manager, came an had a nice chat with me. Seems like the place has a new spark. He said he’s the new an improved Gm and I surely can tell ! Sadly, I can’t recall his name but keep up the good work BK, I surely will be coming back to have a chat with him and get my fresh meal ! He genuinely made my day !

This burger king location is the worst I mean the worst I ever came across, no customer service, untidy , I order food through delivery, they throw the food in bag , there was no delivery tape covering my food I received it open, this is unacceptable, they need better staffing and education on how to deal with people’s food and customer service. The drive-through experience at this particular Burger King location was rather disappointing. Upon arriving, I was allowed to place my order and pay, but then I was directed to pull around to the front of the restaurant where I joined a line of five other cars waiting for their orders. The waiting time grew tiresome, and out of frustration, I decided to enter the restaurant itself. To my surprise, I found a total of 19 individuals waiting for their orders inside.

Took for ever for us to get our food. People where asking for there money back because they couldn’t wait any longer. We either almost 30 minutes. No organization

Now BK isn’t one of my top fast food places but my toodler loves their nuggets and fries. I’ve never been to this specific location before but I had a good experience. Food was fresh and lady at window was friendly!!! And babies were satisfied

Worse burger King I’ve ever been too in the state of Florida. Rudest employees. No sweet tea. No sugar for coffee. No large cups. The young man was so rude I wanted to yank him out the drive through window.
