The workers are friendly, but the organization is lacking and there is no way this can be categorized as “fast food”. The first time I went through the drive-thru and the car in front of me had some kind of issue, so instead of asking it to pull forward and dealing with that, they held myself and many others up for over 20 minutes. My fries were cold, but surprisingly the burger was almost hot, but was an overall poor experience considering how much the combo cost ($12+).

My only qualm was they didn’t have spicy chicken fingers. The front counter service was exceptional, the food was definitely good, speed was better than acceptable and the place was clean and stocked. I really can’t ask for more.

Cleanest burger king in bay county! You walk-in and it just smells clean. The ladies at the front counter are SO nice! They don’t overload the mayo on their burgers. 5 stars

My husband went to get my mobile order, waited 30 mins in the parking lot for a single cheeseburger, they brought the wrong order out the lady offered a free fry for the long wait. She had a young boy bring it out and she told him to wait for the free fry his reply was “hell nah” repeatedly, then my husband said “the free fries?” The young boy said “ you can get out of here”. They need to get a handle on their employees. I placed my order at 9:24pm he didn’t get my order till 10:00pm.

Stop here often for lunch and they just ain’t it. Waiting 25 minutes on an hour lunch break only to hope I have enough time to eat and get back isn’t working. The place is brand new, but the hiring was dismal and they are out of almost everything you’ll want to try. The guy in line behind me had two mobile orders they gave away in drive through. Just messy.

My husband ordered a big fish thru drive thru. Not only was the sandwich not made right, the tartar sauce tasted spoiled like it had been heated up. The fish was extremely over cooked to the point of be impossible to eat. I would leave a zero star if possible! This location recently reopened after hurricane Michael. If this is the quality of food Burger King serves they should have never reopened this location. I am not one to be to harsh with my reviews but in this case it is necessary. Based on this experience I will not be spending our hard earned income at this particular Burger King. I just wish the people who choose to work in the fast food industry would take some pride in the products they serve. After all, no one wants to bring home food just to throw it in the trash bin. Nobody in line at the drive through……Nobody inside waiting for food …. but I was told to off to the side, (and btw there was an employee talking to the car tthen I got cold food to go 10 minutes later. So much for FAST food.

I pull upto the drive through. One girl yelling at someone on the phone. The entire time I still haven’t been even asked what I want. I know people don’t want to work but they want a paycheck. Not sure what can be done maybe a bit more mgnt over sight. I know baby sitting adults.

I went there for lunch and sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes before I got up to order sat there for another 8 minutes listening to people in the other line order never got asked for my order. So I went in and waited there for 5 minute’s because the lobby was busy the employees were moving like zombies and stopped working to have a chat decided to leave when the lady making the burgers kept stating how sick she was . Good thing McDonald’s is right next door.
