I can’t remember for certain if her name was Crystal, but the manager with the pretty eyes took our order. We came in today around 5 and she was so kind. Her and the young man on the grill dropped our fries and chicken sandwiches fresh. Everything was delicious and they were both very friendly.

Leon was very friendly, so was the young lady bringing up the cookies case. We came in a little while ago with the 6.99 coupon for two original chicken sandwiches and two fries. A great deal in these times with inflation. The food was and always is great quality here. The employees are always friendly. Definitely love this location.

I came here with my sister and two kids, meanwhile we just wanted snacks for the road. It was not busy at all as well as us being the only ones there, this skinny lady insisted to just being so nasty to us. Meanwhile not even giving us our whole meal and being rude the whole time. I wish I caught her name but she didn’t have a name tag nor cared for her job at all. Please follow up with me if management doesn’t mind, and if she’s management the whole “ the whole store is broken even me” comment uncalled for. Rodeo burger was good though.

First I was meeting a friend and was told order or I’d have to leave, so I couldn’t wait for the person I was eating with. I was treated so rudely by the employees I would never go in there again. It’s a getto , one lady was like I don’t care if there food is cold. I’ve never wrote a review before but I had to that’s how bad this place is

Worst location I’ve ever been to. First I was charged for someone else’s meal and she didn’t even apologize. Second after already paying for my meal she tells me that the frozen coke (which was what I’d ordered)was broken and just looked at me waiting. And when there was no zesty sauce in the bag I had to ask for it only to be told they were out of it too. Nothing was relayed in a friendly manner. Customer service was non existent and I was in the drive thru a solid 20-25 minutes with only one car ahead of me. I will not be returning to this particular BK even tho it’s 5 minutes from me.

Poor customer service, the food isn’t bad, quality Wise It’s on par with every other Burger King. They advertise on their sign outside the store “new staff” so clearly that means they’ve had problems with bad staff in the past, it seems that problem has not been fixed. Most of the staff members that are there seem to have attitudes. This could be because the location seems to be understaffed, I’ve seen a maximum of two employees working each time I have gone there. Also, they randomly lock the lobby throughout the day. Sometimes, it’s open Sometimes, its closed. My recommendation for this location is hire a couple more people to help out with the workload and let the existing employees know that if they can’t handle employment that involves customer service to seek employment elsewhere and find something that they enjoy doing.

We visited this location today around 5:30 PM. My husband had no issue with the store requiring customers to purchase product BEFORE they would unlock the restroom. He purchased a fountain drink, paid and told the BK cashier it was OK to keep the change because he had an urgent need to use the restroom. She said directly to him ” We don’t hurry”. This is the same employee who upon my husband entering the store was abruptly telling a drive-thru customer not to “play her” because she was from New York. RUDENESS of employee aside, the drink machine was out of ice, tops and straws. Personally BK used to be my favorite place for sandwiches but I have noticed quite a few stores are closing. If they operated in the manner experienced today, it is understandable. Customer service was non-existant .

Absolutely ridiculous I walk into a fast food restraunt with one customer in it and look behind the counter and see employees with no hair nets making food and leaning over food, as well as waiting for 20 minutes for a croissant and has browns and having to sit inside while the tv is blaring rap music at level 100 as if we are in a club. If I was the franchise owner, there’d be some changes being made fast. The fast food chains are getting worse and worse. And they don’t even have coffee in the place.

Dining room closed, so I ordered through app. Workers refused to make order. On strike? Only saw two people inside wearing normal street clothes. Lost my points I used from the app.
