I love Burger King Burgers. I usually get the Jr. Whopper cause I can’t finish the big one. My last trip there was okay except my order was given to someone else so I had to wait for my order to be refilled. They did get it to me a quick as they could, but the mistake should never have happened. My order was for three people, and the order for the other customer was clearly for one person. I got the impression that they were concentrating more on the drive-through than the walk-in customers. Don’t know if they were short-handed, which may have been the case.

Came to pick up a grubhub order today around evening and recieved one of those worst service ive ever experienced. The lady at the cashier gave me that look like i was bothering her when i asked for the pick up order. I asked twice and she just looked at me and didnt say nothing. I ignored it and patiently waited for twenty minutes. Then i went back to my car because its still wasnt done. I check back after 30 mins its still wasnt done. Mind you its just 2 burgers and 2 onion rings. I hope im exagerating but sadly im not i dont even like to make these reviews or get anyone in trouble.

I really want to like BK, but this is probably going to be last time I visit this store. I placed an order online and asked for light sauce. The picture doesn’t lie. Covered in sauce! I know they don’t pay well, but what happened to pride in what you’ve chosen to do to put money in your pocket? I’m through!

My niece and I came in to use the bathroom and change our shirts and wet our freezy Is curly hair. One Employee cayman and immediately said to us what are we taken a bath in her sink. She immediately assumed that we were homeless people. Then threaten to call the law on me and my nieces. I think that was slander and racist. She was very rude. Then her manager came and assumed the same. We were running late for a funeral. We were changing into dresses. The children’s mother just died which is my sister. We’ve had enough trauma already. I don’t care what they assume. Any respectful decent person would simply ask ma’am is everything okay. I don’t need somebody slandering me and my nieces as soon as I walk through the door being fallowed into the bathroom. Just because somebody comes in to get a refill. When? They just went through the drive. Through doesn’t mean they are homeless. I will never eat at this burger king ever again. And I will be sure to tell my friends.

Really wish I had not stopped here. 4 people working, I am the only customer, the floors needed to be swept, tables needed to be wiped off. When I got home the French fries were cold and stale.

Thanks to the kind 2 employees tonight, one was cleaning the women’s bathroom and the other asked him to allow me to use the bathroom because I was traveling with my family and got sick to my stomach from another restaurant and I could barely walk. They immediately moved to let me in, and they cleaned the bathroom really good so I felt better using a clean restroom even though I wasn’t a customer. I am very grateful. It’s the little things in life that people do that mean the most. I was in ALOT of pain, thank you! The inside was clean from what I could see.

Locals said not to go to this location. I should have listened to them. I went on a Saturday afternoon. No one in the drive through and only me at the register. JoJo turned her back to me when I came in. She was texting on her bright pink cell phone. I waited, and waited and waited some more. I moved to the side and made eye contact with her. She still did not turn back facing the register. A gentleman walked in and she still did nothing. I asked for her name and she told me JoJo. and turned back around. I left and called the store. When I asked to speak to the manager JoJo told me she was the manager. I asked for the district managers number. She told me to give her my number and she would have him call me back. I asked or the districts name. She refused. I asked for a corporate number and she told me to look it up. Dial tone followed. I went to the other two BKs in town and basically got the same shameful rudeness and attitude. How sad. Took my business elsewhere. I won’t wait for people to ask about this BK…I am putting this on Facebook, will tell my friends without prompting, and have notified the BBB.

The last 4-5 times I’ve visited via the drive thru, the service has been horrible. It’s unbelievable that the owner isn’t aware or doesn’t care about the lack of good customer service. The management is as incompetent as the employees in my opinion. I would recommend the owner use the drive thru anonymously a few times to see how bad the establishment is.

8:15 am no one in site. What does it take to make every order fresh when ordered. Poor management and lazy. I have to stop having faith in BK. No receipt either on my $12 breakfast. Sad state of affairs.
