I went to get lunch with the family, when I pulled up to the drive thru the signage for where to choose food from was falling apart. Breakfast menu was still up at 2:00 PM. Lunch menu or dinner menu was not visible. Had to go around the building and actually go inside with all my children to order. Not an appealing location to the eye. Drive thru needs some work.

Did a mobile order for pickup at this location. Food was ready and being bagged as I walked in. As I was leaving, an employee stopped me because they realized they had given me old onion rings and had some fresh to replace them. That type of care for your customers, does not occur at all establishments. Five stars for that alone

What started off as a regular experience at any kind of Burger King turned into something absolutely ridiculous. I watch them literally drop a sandwich out of a rapper onto the counter that had lettuce and everything all over it and God knows what else, wrapping it right back up. They were too busy joking and playing around to notice that I was even watching them. I’m not normally like this but when I see something like this I can’t not share it. After he tried wrapping it up again the right way he then threw it at the girl across the counter that was placing the food and bags for drive-thru, she tossed it back through the window for him to try wrapping it again. He finally succeeded this time and put it in the bag. I told them nevermind with my food and walked out. I am glad that they employ younger people giving them the opportunity to work and support themselves, but I can only imagine what else they do with people’s food. This isn’t my area of town, thankfully I won’t have to experience this again

Ms. Byrd was very professional, Courteous, and efficient when taking my order through the drive-through. The food came out fresh and she gave me a very positive experience with this Burger King. She deserves a raise❤️. Fries were piping hot and fresh, burger was made fresh veggies look great and drinks were perfect. Whoever was running the restaurant today at 2:00 PM when I came through, they’re doing a great job! Keep it up. I’ve been to this location before and I’ve been very disappointed so I’m glad something has changed Because my teenager likes Burger King over McDonald’s 🙂

I’d give no starts if that were and option, but it’s not, so 1 star. Today I went to this location to pick up lunch for myself and my son. I went inside to order and ordered a Whopper Meal and a Chi’King Meal, both were listed on the menu for $7.99 Each time the cashier asked me “medium or large”? I’m not a big fan of the upsales so each time I told her “medium” thinking that was the price listed on the board.. When I look at the receipt and see that each meal is $9.49 I asked her why? She said because you ordered the medium. I mentioned that the price on the board was $7.99 and she responded that was the price of a small which wasn’t even an option when I was ordering. After discussing it with her and the shift manager, I decided, “whetever, I’m never coming back here. I’ll just get me food and leave,” which I did.

They parked us cause our food wasn’t ready, but when we got our food it was cold. Burgers were cold and onion rings were old and cold. We won’t be eating here anymore.

So we seen the lady ringing people up touching dirty tissues then making peoples fries. When I said for a refund so we could go somewhere else the cashier then told me come on we are trying it will be up soon. I then stated again that I would just like a refund, she then took my receipt said something under her breath and walked away. She came back not saying a word to me but t instead started taking more orders.. when the next person in line let her know we were waiting she told him that “ they are waiting on a manger” so now here we have been standing for 15 minutes waiting on a manger or anyone to help. Okay so the manager just came up said she was never told about us wow. PS the manger was helpful in getting the refund ‍♂️

My God this has to be the slowest drive-thru service I have ever dealt with!!!! And on top of everything it ended up taking 12 minutes to get through the drive-thru for two lousy Junior Whoppers that had a pound and a half of mayo on both of them and some cold fries
