Went in about 3pm and ordered the double whopper with cheese combo. My whopper came out hot and tasted good just to be honest. My fries were hot and fresh while the sweet tea was good. The staff was pleasant and the dining area was clean. No issues with my stop

Well I just had to try the “Impossible Whopper” (new plant based alternative). I can honestly say, I can’t tell the difference, but was equally as good as beef. “Jermaine” took my order and was very courteous helping me complete my order. My food arrived with little wait. I’ve never been to this location, but would consider returning again. I recommend you stop on in and give this healthier option a try.

Ordered thru the app and then had to sit in the drive thru for 15 minutes. They were beyond slow. One of the workers was nice though. Food was just like any other burger king.

Just drove through drive through this morning and when I arrived home 5 minutes later, I looked at my Sausage and cheese croissandwich and saw it was old. I had ordered 2 and both were smashed in and old. The hashbrowns were also old because some of them were crumbs. I called the store to complain and asked what they can do about it. They told me they can make me new croissants. Well, I told them, no thank you. I have diarrhea and stomach cramps and not feeling good since I tried eating half of one of the croissant. I will let corporate know as soon as I feel better.

Bought 2 new spicy chicken sandwiches. Bun, chicken,and paper full of grease. That means grease was not hot enough when dropped in. How gross.Wouldnt even feed it to the dog. Not 1 part was Christy. Put them in the Garbage. 10 wasted dollars to the Shuster family.

Poor service, imagine having 3 kids meals, 3 drinks, 4 cup of ketcup and napkins and 2 kids under 2. I asked for a tray i was told were not doing trays just paper bags by a very rude Manager in a a black top. I stated really, so your not giving tray for people to carry there food on to the table and she reply no very rudly, so I had to make a couple trip with 2, 2 year olds and a 8yr old. Because its to much work to give me a tray or at least offer a hand. I come here very often but I will not be returning someone else can get this my money and do it with a smile.

It was the cashier. He was actually friendly and not rude when I had to change something on my order. That cashier is the reason for this review. Good service is so rare in Columbus. If they keep employees like him around they might be my new favorite stop.

I took down my 5 Stars, because little lady at the window either can’t hear or just wanted to pull a fast one on me. I told Promese on 2/10 at 10:14 pm that I wanted a small Onion Ring. I get back to work and look in the bag they gave me a Large Onion Ring and charge me for a large Onion Ring anyway. If I wanted to pay for a large Onion Ring I would of said Large. Clean out ya ears.
