The food is almost inedible. The fries were stale. The original chicken sandwich was sad and tasted like burned oil. The sweet tea tastes like syrup and there were like 3 melted ice cubes so it was warm which made it even worse.

The customer service at this burger king is like no other! Every time I walk in those doors i’m greated with the friendliest smile and the best “You rule!”. I definitely recommend stopping by and visiting for an amazing experience.

Had to place the order 2ce, shake machine never works, given fries instead of onion rings, both whoppers had 1 tomato 1 small piece of lettuce no pickles and all 6 burgers we ordered were warm none fresh. Had to ask for my receipt 2 times. After I asked for my receipt again (that we were lied to about it being in the bag) I told the cashier she wanted. Seemed like she wanted to argue with me even though she told us to wait while we were of were ordering. The other girl in the background said I was trying to get free food to which after that the drive thru cashier rolled her head around on her neck telling me that if I want onion rings I have to go through the line again. Im starting to see why nobody likes going to this restaurant anymore

If there was a zero star I would have picked it. I can only rate the drive through. That place (not worthy of the name restaurant).has always been motionless. Thought I would give BK a benefit of the doubt today but same ole. 3 cars in line and when I got tired of waiting and left they were still there and two cars waiting for their order past the window. That did it for me. I’ll never go back. The BK in Springfield is pretty bad too but at least the drive through is manageable there. It’s painful for me to hear the name BK now. I’m glad it’s not my franchise. They have to be bankrupt.

Last time I was asked to come inside to pick up my order. They could have handed it to me at the window. Now I just sit like a rube at the speaker box waiting over 10 minutes for them to tell me to keep waiting. They can’t process more than one car at a time through the drive thru.

At this point close it down. Nobody is ever working anyway. Just be sitting in the drive through studying the menu like I’m taking a test on it cause no employees ever come on the intercom to take your order.

Don’t understand how this place is still standing.Spent 45 min at the drive thruS Sat at the screen for 20 min it wasn’t even busy. My entire order was messed up was missing half my meal. My burger was severely undercooked bright pink it didn’t even taste like burger king or “flame grilled” it tasted like it was cooked on a George Forman. Witnessed 5 cars drive off due to the wait. Never again!

Not sure how they are still operating especially under current management. 9/10 times if you go through the drive thru they say they “aren’t taking orders right now” or ask you to just go inside. The place is desolate because inside is nasty and you always get an attitude

Attempted to go through drive thru to grab a drink and was told they weren’t taking anymore orders at 7:30PM. Then was told by the manager to wait ten minutes. Then told by the rude drive thru worker that I needed to leave the drive thru. Absolutely insane to treat a customer that way.
