First time eating at this location and it was absolutely delicious. We dined in and the wait wasn’t very long and the food was hot and fresh. When we were leaving we told the staff how good everything was and we were told the new management has only been there a couple months but they’re trying to make it a location worth eating at again. I’d say he’s doing a fantastic job. Reading the past reviews made me feel like I had eaten at a completely different location.

Service was very poor. The crew members were more focused on some fingerprint they needed for work later that day instead of focusing on the customers. They should have waited until they took care of the customers and discussed that later. I also vomited my food back up once I was done. Will definitely not be going back here ever!!! And the person who was making the food also touched raw meat with the same gloves, and continued to fix food after she touched the meat.

Arrived to the Drive Thru menu, and no one ever said anything. I understand sometimes things get busy so I waited a few minutes. Then I just asked, “Hello?” Which then I heard, “We’re not taking orders right now.” When I said I had already paid for my order she responded with, “Just get a refund I’m the only person here.” Kinda crazy for 6 in the afternoon. I see all the lies about this Burger King. I live across the street. It’s NEVER open on time. They hire the worst people. Today I went because McDonald’s line was too long. I said maybe for once they are open on time and don’t have the rude crew in today. I never got a chance to order because I kept saying hello in the intercom and no one ever came but she had literally just took an order before I pulled up. I drove by the window and guess what?? She’s just having a good time talking apparently. This place is horrible. I have lived in the area over 10 years and it’s still the same. It’s like franchise owners don’t care about anything except money. Well if you have a better crew, more people would come and guess what? More money. They just need to shut this place down and put a Chick Fil A over here. Or even a chipotle. Anything is better than that place.

So I went for breakfast yesterday. I ordered a chicken egg n cheese croissant. The rep was rushing us. I had to wait for my sandwich that was on the receipt but was over looked. They got the whole order wrong and we were the only car! Now I understand why. No one should’ve received the food that was given to us. They MICROWAVED my sandwich guys. I’m going to show you guys pictures of what they wanted to pass as acceptable. They should be ashamed of themselves and realize that they are the reason for their slow business.

We asked the person on the intercom what drinks they have because the drinks weren’t listed and their menu said they were out of milkshakes and stuff. She sighed very hard and had an attitude when she answered. I almost drove away but I usually don’t like doing that so I got our food. When I got it there was a plastic piece of something in my French fry container and our fries were stale. Nothing really tasted good.

Should have known when I pulled up with no cars in the drive way something was off. It took a long time to get my not so fresh Jr whoppers. I was eating one on the way home and ended up throwing up in my car on the highway and had to pull over, thats how bad it was. They wouldn’t let us order. They were too busy, and no one was inside, 2 cars in the parking lot. I get being understaffed, I understand a wait. Other location down the road was “out of food.” Search it on google, the franchise owner is selling the location, he doesn’t care anymore.

I ordered two double cheese burgers and instead of them using two patties on both, these lazy workers cut one patty in half for each burger and stacked it to make it seem like double meat. Just pathetic.
