Sadly, this location has to be the record holder for the worst service. Good thing they closed – the slowest fast food could be gotten here, and as a bonus, it was guaranteed to not be hot. The most shocking part was the ability to get your order wrong, yet you are the only one there with a receipt with the correct order. It sometimes felt like burger roulette.

I decided to give this place one more try but I wish I didn’t. I’m not sure how they store there patties but they have a very bad sour smell and it had pink in it. The quality of the food is horrible. I couldn’t eat my burger. I took it back and got my money back. The district manager should have a little more care about his restaurant. DO NOT EAT HERE! AGAIN, DO NOT EAT HERE!

Big sign out front specifically says the lobby is open but you’re rudely informed once in the building to order that it’s “drive through only”. Employees just don’t want to clean the lobby (that looked like a daycare) or refill drinks for dine-in customers. At least I never got to the bad food like other reviewers…

I ordered in the drive thru and it was super slow and only had two cars in front of me and it was 11:30am. They didn’t put some of the food in the bag so I had to go inside to get it. I also asked for no mayo on my chicken sandwich so I checked my food and there were mayo on my sandwich. They remade it but after I got home (20 minutes later) to sit and eat my sandwich it was fried so hard to it was almost uneatable. Will not be returning.

Nearly all the drinks were out. All the diet drunks were out. The employees acted like it did not matter when I asked them to fix it and did nothing to try to make thimgs right. They also had no ketchup. The lobby was filthy. Seriously the worst BK around.

So disappointed! They have a ridiculous turnover of employees first off so i never expect them to be perfect as it always seems they’re training. I get breakfast quite often right before 8am. But the last 2-3 months when i have stopped by my food has been horrible. Whether it be burnt, cold, or the crescent is hard as hell.

The establishment had no drinks available, our food was burnt, the fries were nearly inedible, and the staff was very rude. We asked for a Hershey’s pie, and the lady seemed annoyed that she had to check if they had pies in stock. She very audibly said, “Oh my god,” in a rude, nasty manner. I would give this establishment zero stars if I could. The establishment needs to be shut down. It’s poorly operated and needs serious revision and correction.

Should be a 0 star. I placed a mobile order 10 minutes before arriving in the drive through. When I pulled up to the speaker box the first thing a Burger King employee said to me was, “our system is down, have a nice day.” I replied that I had mobile order #74. Immediately was told they couldn’t find my order. This instance is the second time that I placed a mobile order before arriving only to be told that they couldn’t find it. However, the previous time they were able to find it after a few minutes. But this time, after 10 minutes of waiting and being yelled at for trying to understand why they couldn’t find my order, I was told there was nothing they could do. I get there could be a technical error that would prevent orders from showing up, but the lack of self awareness by the drive through employee to speak to a customer with such a horrible attitude really makes this restaurant suffer. I do not recommend this Burger King. You would be better off eating at plenty of the other restaurants located next to this one.

They refuse to answer their phones and even at 8pm they don’t take orders. I’ve gone through multiple times even at 7 and before and they still won’t take orders. Just left the place and confirmed two workers in the building with a line at the drive thru with no one taking orders. Sat for 15 minutes before giving up and going to McDonald’s. I love burger King but this one just doesn’t cut it after 5pm.
