Every time we have come to this location they have been on point. Food and customer service spot on. They are prompt and diligent. The staff are mature, professional, attentive and friendly. They are the best fast food in town and restaurant. You never hear them say early in the morning, using the excuse for not being ready, “They systems are down like the McDonald’s across the streets. They are not my preference but my husband has to be at work before 6am. Thank you, Burger Kings for setting the standards and example.

Came at to this lousy location. Love Burger King. Sat at drive thru trying to place an order at the order box and no answer for 10 to 15 and drove around again then I able to place my order. Then another 15 minutes while they get my order right.

Bathrooms were clean and in good order! Dining area was the same with a noticable LACK of trampled French fries and spilled, leftover food. Counter help was friendly and courteous. Food was hot and tasty with a reasonable wait time. High tables, booths, numerous TV’s, and snappy music from the overhead. Add all this to the kids playground out front and you have an extraordinary Burger King dine in experience. Thanks!

Outstanding! While traveling this evening, I stopped by the Fort Valley BK drive-thru. The young gentleman taking the payments and young lady at the food window were so sweet and friendly. Terrible experience at this location multple times this time waited 30 minutes in drive thru , recieved wrong order paid for wrong order was brought up to there attention finally received the right order with no apologies or any genuine care or concern for the customer.
