we ordered 2 separate mobile orders through the app at about 9pm, and when we arrived at the drive thru, an automated voice told us they were closed, but they close at 10, so we pulled up to the window. they asked for our names and our orders hadn’t popped up in the system yet, so we had to tell them our orders. after waiting about 5 minutes, they handed us our food. when we checked the bags, half of our order was missing. i called the store, and we were asked to go back through the drive thru to get the rest of our order. there were only 2 people working, and one of the ladies said that she just left the other girl to give us our order, so that’s why we were missing items.

This has to be the worst BK I’ve ever been to. Asked for food off the broiler and fryer twice. The staff and manager pretended to acquiesce. Burger and chicken was barely warm. And take a good look at what you get when you order mozzarella sticks. Is this dog food? Not even good enough for my pets. Way to go Eatonton, Ga. How ironic is the name of the city when they obviously don’t give two you-know-what’s? Never returning. Don’t dine here. #saveyomoney
