Placed a order in the drive through for the chicken sandwich meal (#6), the chicken on the sandwich was cold, dark brown, and old also the french fries were cold and old. I refused to let my son it the meal.

Let me start by saying we love Burger King, but today, it was awful. We could not even eat the chicken sandwiches we ordered. Our crispy chicken was so soggy that the breading smeared off. They are usually so crispy. The chicken did not seem to be fully cooked and the mayo had a sour taste like it was bad. The employee said that all their food was cooked to the correct temp, but I can atest to the fact it was not cooked like the usually cook it. I was very disappointed. Burger King, you are remodeling the outside you made need more work in the kitchen as well. We only live 5 mins away, so it was not because we got it for take out.

Horrible experience here. Used to he best one in rome, now they ain’t worth it. I ordered 2 bk double stackers only to hear I don’t know what that is. They gave ne 2 regular bacon cheeseburgers without the stacker sauce. Not to mention they can’t get a drink order right. I always request no ice, what do they do? Fill it full of ice. Don’t think I’ll go here anymore until they fix the problems with this place.

Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I specifically asked for no ketchup on my food because I’m allergic. But the cook proceeded to serve me my food with ketchup on my inner wrapper and bread. Plus a piece of the meat was missing. I brought it to the manager attention and rudely she tells the cook to remake the burger and that nothing was wrong with it, I replied, yes ma’am it had ketchup on it and I cant eat anything with ketchup. So she proceeded to remake my burger and “EMPTIED” the bottle of mustard onto my sandwich.. I am so disappointed in Burger King on Turner Mccall this place has really gone downhill.. Every opportunity I get, I’m going to complain about this place. A waste of my hard earned money and my precious time. I don’t advise no one to eat here. Even a dog want eat that garbage they sell. Fries was all over the dining room, the drink station had straw wrappers everywhere. Not a pleasant atmosphere nor look for a business

My husband was accused of stealing a whopper when we paid $40.03. We do not by no means appreciate the accusation. We double checked twice. As I sent him inside to let them know we were missing one whopper. We purchased two. An the one we received had tomatoes when we requested no tomatoes. We feel the accusation were very rude and we honestly don’t appreciate the girl’s attitude that she gave. Also at least 5 employees were outside.

We we’re passing through on the way to Tennessee I added Swiss cheese to my chicken sandwich got my food no cheese went back in corrected it got back to my car and it had American cheese and fries had no salt honestly should have went back in and got a total refund for my food wasn’t even worth eating trashed it.

Hamburger was like warm and not cooked all the way. Had some pink spots. They didn’t give me my full order either. The lady taking our order was also very curt and short with us. I like to give restaurants the benefit of the doubt and I’ve never had problems with Burger King, this is the first time I’ve gotten food like this things have changed there.
