I’ve gone to this Burger King for years and have never had such an awful experience. First things first, my “Big Fish” sandwich had NO FISH…at all. I was given the wrong drink, then the right drink. I was not given the onion rings that went with my combo meal…only the extra order that I asked for. Then I was given the Small onion rings, but all of the onion rings were ICE COLD. They were out of zesty sauce, out of ketchup packets, and I was given ketchup in a drinking cup because that’s easy, right? I want my $10 back. SO I CALLED, it rang and rang, answered, and then hung up on me before I could leave a message.

Chicken nuggets were dry They sat under the heat lamp for way too long and a manager that was packing the chicken nuggets into the bag should have saw that luckily I got them and not a child I’m sure they would have choked on them being so dry

Buddy with the dreads was rude and sounded like he needs to blow his nose. Wasn’t wearing any gloves and didn’t hear me correctly when placing my order and I found hair and dandruff on my bag and food from him because he has dandruff! Make him wash his hair with dog shampoo ASAP or get rid of that bed bug I’m never coming here again because of him and how rude and flea bag he is

If I could put 0 stars I would! Went here today to eat lunch. At 12:00. Only to the lobby door being locked !? And then a young lady came to the door and said I can let you order. But you can’t eat in here. I said what? It’s 12:00 then she said we don’t have enough people to have the lobby open. I went in ordered my food. And observed more than 7 employees plus a manager. And EVERY single person was stuck with a cellphone in their hand. Half the menu was unavailable. Lobby drink machine empty all flat. Terrible terrible customer service for such a high volume location

Dirty bathrooms. Waited a split minute before anyone recognized I was waiting at counter. Lack of customer service. French fries cold and hard. I didn’t even bother to ask for fresh food. I will not be spending my hard earn money on mediocre service and food.

Just bought 2 chicken sandwich and 2 fries and order of Mozzarella the damn Mozzarella was burned. The cheese was burn n hard wasn’t edible. I called the store n not one person answered the phone. I’m seriously unhappy smh.

Both the impossible burgers I got today were burnt and smelled completely burnt as well. I used to work for Burger King and I would of never of handed something out like this. The woman who took our order and handed it was nice but whoever made this is wrong for hanging this out.

When you are short staffed it’s hard to get everything done. Also when you have 2 employees standing at the drive thru causing the 1 employee upfront to do all the work for the drive thru and the front counter it’s impossible to stay caught up. Of the 2 cooks in the back only one of them was wearing gloves. The other one was preparing the food with their own bare hands and scratching their head and going back to fixing the food without any gloves on. This was the first time I got my food here and it will be the last time.

Service was alright. Employees seemed pretty busy with cell phones, but the place was tidy and the food came out in a pretth timely manner. Food was good. No traffic in the restaurant.
