My fiancé and I come here a lot for breakfast croissants and usually have no issues… but today my fiancé bit into it and the chicken is RAW!! Absolutely disgusting! He spit it out puked everywhere. We will not be back. Hoping he doesn’t get sick now.

Food is as par for the cpurse as Burger King goes but their drive thru will only do one car at a time most days meaning they wont take the order for a car till the car before them pulls off. I went inside today so i didnt have to spend an hour in the drive thru and the guy before me was waiting for 15 minutes to get a one meal order and they still got it wrong and had to remake it. They dont give you receipts claiming they only print off mobile order receipts and no communication seems to be happening constructively. One employee was talking about his 2 weeks notice and the poor girl at the window seemed like she was beyond overwhelmed.

I went to Burger King on 6-22-23 at 7:48 p.m.(for reference, so whoever was working at that time can be retrained). I ordered the impossible whopper meal. I asked for large fries with no salt and a peach sprite. What I got was a hard rubbery disk for a burger, greasy fries that apparently had been taken out of the fryer before they finished cooking (in dirty grease) and a regular sprite! I asked the young lady at the window if they had the coke Remix machine like all the other burger kings. She didn’t have a clue what I was talking about. If that’s the case, why not tell me at the time I ordered?? I had to go home and finish cooking my fries in the air fryer, and only half of my burger was edible. I live in Dallas and didn’t feel like driving to the one in Hiram. Big mistake. From now on, I’ll take a few extra minutes and go to the Hiram Burger King! This was a waste of money and a huge disappointment ! Do better!

I just wanted to share my most recent BK experience! It was a Thursday afternoon around 3pm. I drive thru to grab a late lunch. I was pleasantly greeted by the drive thru employee and then by the GM Skye! They unfortunately had to have the lobby closed and were short staffed but you wouldn’t have known! They team was friendly, efficient and my order came out quickly, it was freshly made and tasted great!

We pulled up to the drive-thru and began speaking to the attendant on the speaker box and it was clear from the get-go that this crew member was new and needed assistance on how to input an order. We sat there for 7 minutes going back and forth before the drive-thru attendant could figure out how to input our order in the computer ordering system. We then proceed to the payment window which went fine; however, the next window, we waited another 7 minutes for our food. They forgot to put the marinara sauce in the bag. Gee thanks. Ordered delivery and most of my order they didn’t have I guess. But no one contacted me I’m pretty reasonable so replacements for what they didn’t have would’ve been appreciated also if they would have marked down so I wasn’t fully charged that would have been nice too. So disappointing.

I went burger on 6-29-23 around or between 7 and 8pm. I ordered a whopper meal with extra lettuce and onion. I repeated my order got to the window and the clerk repeated my order. What I got was far few and between. I questioned my sandwich that barely had lettuce on it extra tomato that i didnt ask for and a couple pieces of onion. I asked for more and come running to the window was short Caucasian woman with tattoos everywhere yelling,cussing to the top of her lungs as if she was on the streets about to fight and even told me to get out of line or pay more. I’d never go back and tossed the sandwich out the window.
