Went here last week with me and my girlfriend to dine in. I must say the service was phenomenal. The manager Raymond took our order. We had a conversation because he asked me was I from New York from the shirt I had on. We had an interesting conversation and he presented a polite spirit.

When I tell you this location is just such a disappointment. I’ve been here before and had cold cheese put in my burger. It doesn’t matter if they are busy or not. This was my last time here. I waited for more that 30 minutes. Finally ordered my food and asked them to put extra ketchup in the bag. They said they didn’t have any. I said ok. They also said they didn’t have any frozen drinks. Mind you it is only 1pm so I’m having a hard time seeing them run out by that time, they must have run out the day before. Anyway I pay for my food and leave. The fries were very stale and so was my burger in addition to them adding barely any sauce or lettuce to my burger! He only mentioned not having ketchup packets when I asked for extra, I did not realize this also meant the ketchup they used in their ingredients. Offered no other sauces. But I blame myself because I’m used to the bad service at this location I should not have wasted my time or money. Lesson learned.

The food was inedible…the texture of the bread and cheese on the burger was slimey in my mouth. Seems like the sandwich was old which is why the bread was mushy and almost wet. I spit it out. Now…. I did not see the boarded up window and door til after I placed my order. I still had time to drive off but the employees were nice so I was hoping my food would be too.

So I just left. It was a dependable quick lunch spot. Today I ordered 3 cheese burgers. 2 with only ketchup and one regular with only 1 onion. Well, when I got in I had 2 cheeseburgers with only mayo and the regular one piled with onions. I’m always polite to food service workers. Don’t wanna go back because I have 2 toddlers in the truck. Please put the other kind Hispanic ladies back in the drive thru.

I sit here in the drive thru lane, asking myself why I still get food here. The restaurant is always sadly understaffed, the drive thru speaker hasn’t worked for months, and one of the canopies is hanging on for dear life… I would give it one star, except it’s the only convenient BK near me so I have to hope it continues to hang on lol… Burger King please fix this place up, I have literally seen 9 cars drive around the drive thru lane in the 5 minutes it took me to type this in my phone.
