Went here for breakfast and they were so nice! We had to wait a few minutes on our food (which really wasn’t a big deal) so they gave us hashbrowns for free and were super apologetic. I wish I had asked for the guys name but it was on 6/3 at around 10 AM. Definitely will be coming back!

Zero Star!!!!They are complete TRASH!!!!!! First off the cashier was horrible I had to repeat my order (3items) 10 times (speaking loudly) just to recorrect it at the window. Secondly, the food didn’t meet expectations. My egg on my croissant had a weird taste my hashbrowns tasted like they were cooked in the same oil as my French toast. My French toast was broken all up and the manager had so many excuses on reason they broken acting as it’s regular and should be acceptable.

Past two times have been terrible. Line was moving incredibly slow. When i received my order, one buffalo sauce packet was already open and leaked. I got back to my office to realize the chicken sandwich was missing. When i went in to rectify it, I saw staff arguing with customers about other issues. When i explained that i was missing the sandwich, I was not met with any kindness or apology (I just wanteed a small apology!). Instead i was met with rudeness. To make matters worse, burger was practically room temperature.

The worst experience ever first off I spent my almost entire lunch in line I get a hour for lunch it took me 40 minutes to get a double cheeseburger french fries and a drink. The manager when I went on the inside after going through the drive-through and got Cole fries a manager never apologize never introduced to sell. I was going to give him my concerns but he really didn’t care and said today was his last day. That is beyond rude and the employees are beyond rude because they don’t care they’re overworked and no one there to replace them. I will never ever ever ever ever come back here again. It’s dirty is nasty and the employees are rude and managers are rude . Dining room floor is extremely sticky water or soda spilled everywhere. Cookie display had chocolate smeared all over every bag and a little window.

Went here and my order was messed up in almost every way. They added cheese to a whopper I didnt want. The coke was out and swapped it with a flat dr pepper. No zesty sauce for the onion rings. And they have me an original chicken sandwich when I ordered a spicy melt. I was the only person in line. Burger King is trash these days and I dont plan on revisiting ever again.

This Burger King location is awful. Just drive to the next bk location. Food always cold, chicken always burnt and cold, fries have black speckles on them from old grease, the manager lady in the front is rude and nasty this location needs to be shut down
