Costumer service totally sucks. Drive thru cashier acted as if I were disturbing her at her home. It is a sad day when McDonald’s offers better customer service. I stopped in at 10:00 this morning to get breakfast. I ordered the double sausage croissant meal add tomato with coffee cream and sugar. The cashier said we don’t have coffee. The drive thru cashier apparently doesn’t like her job she wasn’t friendly at all..and had a rudeness in her demeanor as well as the other that brought my food out to my car… it’s not hard to just smile and at least say have a great day…or thank you come again…. I work in food industry have for 30 years… There’s no excuse good hospitality brings more business. They truly need to evaluate there customer service policy…

The service and hospitality was absolutely HORRIBLE. It took them well over 30 minutes to make 2 milkshakes!!! I was told that their ice cream machine was broken, but they were fixing it so they could fill our order. It took my fiance demanding a refund to actually get our milkshakes. Magically, after she demanded a refund (30 minutes later), the shakes were in her hands in less than 5 minutes. IMAGINE THAT!!!

This place does not have the best service but thats okay I go there for the food being vegetarian I am very limited to eating out so the Impossible burger is the perfect option for me it is 100% plant based no meat if you have a problem with it being cooked on the same grill as the rest of the meat you can request a non broiler option so it will be cooked in the microwave it may also be made vegan just order without mayo if your ordering a whopper or just order the impossible hamburger or impossible cheeseburger that comes with mustard,ketchup and pickles only no cheese on a hamburger the difference with the the whopper is its a bigger patty and comes with mayo,lettuce,tomato,onions,pickles, and ketchup you can also get a impossible whopper jr. for your kids depending on where you live each burger is about $1.79 more above its regular beef patty competitor and any burger can be made into a combo they are very delicious and will even have a meat eater fooled i go here every time when eating out highly recommended

I get home to open my food and I specifically ask for no tomatoes on my Sandwich so that I can ensure that it would be made fresh. Get all the way home and I have a sandwich with tomatoes on it and it looks like it’s been sitting under the light for hours. I worked at fast food before so I know how things look that had been sitting in the box too long. Highly disappointed because with the cost of food I should not be wasting my money.
