I come here twice a week or so, and I’ll tell you. They don’t even deserve one star. I honestly should stop going there but out of convenience it’s the closest thing to my house when I don’t feel like cooking. The staff is HORRIBLE. Today, they made two cars in front of me pull up to wait for their food. All I got was a coke and some fries. The car in front of me was so close I was blocked in (there was a car behind me almost hitting my back bumper) so I couldn’t get out of the drive through. So I reached my head out my window and said “what are you doing” to the car behind me. I guess the manager thought I was talking to an employee, she slams the office door open! And mean mugs me until l leave. I wasn’t even talking to any of them in there! I was stuck and had already received my order. This is just one of the many times Stuff like this happens. Not only that, they always screw my order up. It’s not “have it your way” here. It’s “we will give you whatever we want”. They need a regional manager in there to teach staff how to treat customers. They treat customers like trash. About 2 weeks ago I had an order come out to 12.95, but I forgot to order another side of fries, so I asked for it. She then told me the order came to 17.90 something. So your telling me, an order of fries is 4 dollars? So I attested to it, and starting asking her how the price went up so much, and literally all the employees came and surrounded the drive through window and just stared at me!!! It’s almost like they were trying to be threatening like a “pay it or else”. I’m just over it. GET NEW EMPLOYEES

The food is decent, it tastes like you expect BK food to taste. There are some opportunities for training in customer service. This particular location is in need of a remodel or rebuild. There is a very dirty looking fish aquarium in the middle of the dinning area. Several water damaged ceiling tiles. This is a really good location to have a restaurant. With a little training and some updates this could be a 5 star rating.

Food is as expected for BK. The facility is in dire need of updating. The fish tank in the center is mostly an algae tank with snails. There is playground equipment that is no longer allowed to be used and the tables are frequently dirty. Employees look miserable to be there and the service reflects that. I get that this is fast food but there should be some standards.

Holy cow this location is so SLOW I’ve worked fast food, when I was in high school, and I never had such poor job performance. It’s not hard to run a smooth drive thru, it really isn’t and when I ask for two cokes no ice, to your face not over the speaker because you didn’t have the right order up when I got to the window, I expect two cokes no ice which is not what I recieved. And not only was my order not pulled up when i got to the window but I sat at the speaker for a good seven minutes before my order was taken. Wow, is all I have to say and I’m never coming back.

They were out of bacon, Coke, Dr.Pepper, and sweet tea… waited in line for a long time 10-15 minutes. Got home and there was no sauce, no toy in the happy meal for daughter, and French fries had no salt. We will not be back

It’s kind of a hit or miss. Anytime I have went the line went quickly. And so far my food hasn’t been cold or wrong. But some of the employees are not the nicest.

Horrible service .. the lady taking our order was rushing us the whole time and then we have to wait 15 minutes to get our food . Once they bring it out to us they didn’t even give us a frappe it looked light either chocolate milk or just a complete liquified frappe with no cool whip or caramel and I ordered a caramel frappe . My wife ordered a ice coffee and it was like part ice coffee and part frappe it was way too thick and they forgot the straws . Will not be going back

Even though service is a tad on the slow side, the staff are extremely helpful and kind! We realized an item on my sandwich is something I’m allergic to, and they made me a fresh one without that ingredient immediately!

Staff is extremely rude and obnoxious! Despite meeting the first nice person working the drive thru there last night I will never return. Other restaurants encourage good customer service. It seems this restaurant discourages it!!!

One fast food chain that got our order right! They even did the old school markings on the wrappers to ensure the sandwiches were correctly labeled. Good job Burger King-crown earned!
