Food is decent here. Almost always have to pull around and wait when using the drive thru so it is kinda slow, but they typically get the order correct and employees are always friendly. Just a little too slow on several occasions. Prices are about what you would expect from fast food places.

Everyone is being made to pull around to wait in the parking lot for their food. I had a messed up order a few days prior to this visit where I ordered a double whopper burger with extra onion and got a single onion slice. Not even from the big part of the onion, from the end. So I decided to redeem said burger and got nothing but attitude from the worker. My name hadn’t been written in the book and I was prepared to pay for it but the lady angrily said she’d do it for me this time. I asked to order a large drink with light ice and she grabbed a cup and shoved a large no ice drink at me. When I got home I realized my double whopper had been downgraded to a single and had a shocking amount of two pathetic slices of onion. (Again I would have happily paid for the order I had just wanted my wrong order fixed.)

This seems like a good strong team that works here. Counter attendant overfilled my icee and immediately they replaced it. Nothing I ate was undercooked and was very fresh, even when I ordered a 3 8 piece nuggets Ate here twice today for a little over $10. Very good experience all around service wise and quality give it a 5 star.

The Walhalla crew was so nice and it was awesome to hear the crew helping each other out. The lobby was decorated for spring and it was so pretty, also thought it was really cool the staff had pictures of themselves being silly hanging up. The food was fresh and hot when ordered.

Ordered food inside. Guy asks me What dipping sauce I want – I respond – BUFFALO ! 5 minutes later food is finally ready in the store that isn’t even remotely busy ! Get my food out of bag -2 containers of SWEET & SOUR.. Back to the counter and ask for Buffalo… same guy- I put two of them in your bag ! To which I replied – nope, you gave me S&S. 30 seconds later he hands me two containers and starts walking away. I kid you not, but he handed me Sweet and Sour again ♂️ 3rd attemp was successful to get what I wanted. As most people pointed out no apology will be issued for screw ups in this not so fine establishment. On the up side I had conversation with 12 year old about importance or intelligence and work discipline. Would recommend this place to anyone. Food was below mediocre and service terrible.

I actually went two days in a row….the first day, I got the new Italian parmesan sandwich with onion rings. Instead of the sauce that goes with the onion rings, I asked for marinara. I got home to fries, no sauce at all and an original chicken sandwich with maybe a teaspoon of marinara sauce on it… that’s the picture I am posting. The guy at the drive-thru was a very good, dynamic seller. “We’ve got hot cookies right out of the oven 2 for $1!” So of course I got them, lol! I know I should’ve checked before leaving, but he was so nice! I went the next day, because I wanted that sandwich! It’s like the McRib to some people, which I don’t understand the hype, but I digress…. My order was the same, (minus the cookies because i didn’t order them) and when I got home, it was perfect! I should’ve taken a picture of the right way to make the sandwich, but I was hungry ☺️ So I decided to split the difference and give them a 3 star rating ⭐⭐⭐.
