I picked up a quick bite for me and my wife, and needless to say she was very disappointed with her burger! I guess they thought I asked for a slider instead of a whopper, since her burger had one tiny tomato on it. Though the employees were nice, this location really needs to retrain everyone on how to make the food. Look at the picture, look at the reviews. They don’t lie. Won’t be back.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but man. This is one of, if not the worst fast food joints I have EVER been too. My burger patty was hard as a rock, the fries were not cooked fully and the drink was flat. On top of all of this, it took nearly 20 minutes to order with not a person in line.

Don’t eat here, especially during your lunch break. Worst Burger King in the area, and none of them are great. Been here multiple times and you’re lucky if you can actually get food here. Never again. In the time they expect you to wait, you could sit and get a meal at the Olive Garden down the street and it would be what you ordered, too. If you’re in a rush, the Chick-Fil-A around the corner has five times the customers and you’ll wait less than half as long. Anywhere else you’ll at least get food and not have to leave because no one will take your order.

Worst service I’ve ever had. They claimed drive thru headset wasn’t working and so I drove to the window only to have 3 different people make eye contact and not come take my order. Finally I went inside and it took 30 minutes to get my food when it was all said and done. 1 employee was singing aloud in the back and 2 more were standing around with hoodies on in 75 degree weather. I think they are more worried about their rap careers and not doing their jobs. 1-10 scale I give this place a 0. And everyone in there should be fired. Not to mention the burger is burnt black, cold cheese, and stale buns.

I visited the Burger King in Mauldin South Carolina yesterday morning. August 27th between 9:45 am and 10 am. I parked outside to go inside and order because I had a big order and didnt want to go through the drive thru and possibly mess up their drive thru time. When getting out a girl came out an yelled that the dinning room was closed and I needed to go through the drive thru. I said ok. Now, I live in a different city and had no clue that the dinning room was closed. I said that to say this. She had an attitude when she yelled out like im supposed to know that already. So i go to the drive thru and I didnt get a greeting. The girl says ” Go ahead with your order.” Not ” Thank you for choosing Burger King,. What would you like to order today?’ So I started to order and while ordering, she cuts me of rudely and says ” anything else. I said “No, I’ll let you know when Im done.” She says ” What was your order again ” I couldn’t understand because of your attitude.” So now I have a attitude forreal. I pull up to the window and its the same girl who yelled at me to even go through the drive thru. I asked for a manager and she says “Im sorry, we dont serve rude customers.” at this point I lost my mind and was yelling back her. She then stick her middle finger up at me and slams the window. So im going to drive a away and while leaving the store, I look to my left and this girl is at the lobby door still trying to argue. Im driving away. Why is she even trying to continue? So I put my car in park and get out? now the manager, I guess this is the manager comes out an tries to FINALLY do their job. I did act a fool after being disrespected by this employee. NO ONE had on name tags but with the date and the time frame provided there should be camera footage of this incident. I hope this is handle be there is no way employees should act like this. ….

If I could give them a negative zero I would. When they first opened they were awesome. The staff they opened with we’re like a dream team but now since they have left the current team is lazy, I waited for 5 minutes before I drove off only to see individuals standing around not moving a muscle, no one responded to me from the intercom, or say I apologize for your wait just crickets and I was the only one in the drive-thru, I tried to enter the door was locked. I wanted to see why no one responded to make some sense of it. I work less than 5 minutes away and every time I visit it’s the same thing. Please close this burger king or hire a whole new staff because the current staff employed there need to find a clue.

Very long wait time to even order from drive-thru with nobody else in line and an almost empty parking lot. The employee taking the order was very unprofessional, un knowledgeable on the menus items and put the wrong orders up multiple times. After pulling up to the window and already paying was told one of the items ordered was not even in stock. Will not return to this location. Would not recomend this BK.
