I work for Door Dash and went to this establishment and the lobby was closed. Went to the drive thru only to find out they were closed. Employees inside and friends or customers inside but not telling anyone what is wrong. No signs or expectations. So people are out food because of this. Definitely would not patronize this location for my own food.

The guy that brought the food out, which was the “assistant manager” was very rude and smart mouth!! We tried to pay extra sauce at the window the girl said she would put it in the bag and he brought the food out and was rude about the sauce and put one sauce in there and said next time we will have to pay.very smart mouth about it! Well we did and tried at the window!! If they can’t be a lil more respectful find ” new people” to work in it that will respect their customers!! I bet when y’all go through a drive through y’all want what y’all pay for too!! Do your job!! Don’t recommend this location at all!!

Worked here for a week or two, rainy days the rain would leak inside onto the food. Making sandwiches would be wet from the rain. I didn’t like it because to me that would contaminate the food ingredients so I quit. I’m not sure why the location doesn’t take customers health into consideration first but I’m sure they might get it together one day or another. I don’t eat anything but fries if I go there. Gross

Soooooo slow!!!! Waited in line with only 1 person in front of us…… 25 minutes!!!!!!!! He only had a VERY small bag. We had 2 sandwiches. Never again! Asked girl why…. She said only 2 working! They are starting to turn away behind us!

Watch out for this fast food place, they will make you wait 45 minutes, give you cold burgers, and not give you a refund! Got lunch from this Burger King location the other day and it was the WORST experience I’ve had in a while. I had to wait extremely long to get food for me and my wife and when I finally received it, the burgers were cold. Went to go get a refund and the woman stated that she will not give me a refund. Along with this, I noticed ALOT of sanitary issues from the workers when I went to attempt to get my refund. This place needs better staff and better management. I recommend the Burger King on Main Street over this one any day even though this one is the closest to me. Just overall a terrible experience! Will not be wasting my money at this place of business again.

the woman at cash register was attentive but seemed a little lost (she may have been new or an EEO hire).. got our order semi.correct- she forgot a fry but it was ready (i saw it sitting there, she just forgot i ordered 3 not 2) – fresh fries and a good bk impossible whopper.. a dollar more than other bk’s ive been to though..

This place is a joke. I periodically ty to patronize the place but they are always out if things. Important things like ketchup or soda syrup. Seems to me that it might not be a location thing it seems to be similar in other areas. The few I been to in florida are very similar. They really need to train mangers how to order .
