This lady will take all of your cares away!! Food is on point too!!! Delicious sausage and cheese biscuits!!! Ms Betty is such good ppl!!!! Only go to this location during the mornings when Miss Betty is there or the other pretty lady with tattoos!!! Ms Betty is the glue that holds that place together! If not for Miss Betty, that place would be closed up! Do not mess with anybody else because they are very disappointing at nighttime!!! I’ve had wrong food, cold food, bacon and cheese missing when you pay for it, even had an ice-cream cone one night where the nighttime employee girl left the paper on it bc it was 2 stale cones she left on there and I was eating the paper because I was in the dark and I couldn’t see! You will see if you come in the evening the little white guy manager with glasses HE’S WEIRD any issues with food he acts like it’s not a big deal

I went through their drive thru off Haywood Rd. The person who took my order asked if I wanted sauce with my onion rings, I asked for ketchup instead they forgot to put ketchup in the bag. I ordered mozzarella sticks and took one bite. It tasted sour and disgusting. Do not order this. I ordered a whopper jr as well. It was soggy bread, very liquidity stuff coming out of my messy burger and who knows if it was even flame broiled meat at this point. It tasted gross. Not to mention I had as supplies with one paper napkin. Usually people are supplied with more than one. Disappointing experience and location to say the least. I’ve been to several BK locations through the years and in other states as well that hold higher quality standards and take pride in their food chain. This is the worst BK location ever. I thought the one off of Laurens Rd was bad since I waited 30 mins once before for a burger I ordered through their drive-thru, but the food here at the Haywood location surpasses that time. Don’t waste your time here. Only reason I’m even giving them a star is because the lady at the drive through window was friendly and nice.

This Hass to be the worst Burger King in Greenville just left there went inside to get an order to go the manager was actually in an argument with employees. Whoever trained her as a manager you should lose your job. You never disrespect your employees in front of customers take them to the office.But every time I come here there’s always something going on just do everybody a favor close it because it’s obvious the district managers and owners do not care what’s going on in this location.

I have to go all the way into Greenville to get decent service at a Burger King! I cannot stand the people at the BK on Hwy 14 near the airport because the employees treat me very badly because of being a white guy. They never look at me and my order is never been right. The Haywood road crew are so opposite. All of them have made me feel like they were happy I went thru the drive thru. I wish all the BKs were like this one.

I gave two stars only bc the girl working the window was friendly and efficient, otherwise it would’ve been lower. When I got home and bit into my whopper it tasted funny so I opened it up. Either this is spam meat or this burger isn’t cooked, even spam has grill marks right?! Lol Didn’t want to leave a bad review but serving uncooked meat is a health concern especially when it’s still the consistency of chewing gum.

I went through the drive thru at 9:30am on a Sunday. I didn’t wait long at all at the speaker for them to take my order, but the wait time after that was long. There was only one vehicle in front of me and I saw them receive their food and drinks and drive off. I pulled up to the window and the person working the window walked off. She came back and asked what I ordered and then walked off again. She left the drive thru window open and I could hear people yelling in the kitchen. She came back almost 10 minutes later and asked what I ordered again. I repeated my order again which was only 2 bacon, egg, and cheese croissants and a medium coke. She then proceeded to take my payment. She handed me my drink and my card back, then I waited some more for the food. She came back with my bag of food and placed it next to the window inside and walked away again, too far for me to reach it. I was almost about to open my door and reach in and grab it myself and then she came back and handed it to me. By the time I left the window, there were 7 or 8 vehicles behind me. Overall, I sat there for 15-20 minutes. This location really needs to get it together. As I was driving away, I told myself “so that’s the reason why I stopped going there in the first place.”
