Staff has improved a lot from the past. The problem with it here now is that it’s like Burger King, the company, forgot about this location. It’s the Burger King that time forgot. Outdated seating area, discoloration in the windows, huge cracks in the walls, missing shades and burnt out lights, and outdated beverage dispenser. This place needs a major face-lift.

The guy at the speaker was nice, however once we were at the window, not. And they gave us the wrong order. We waited and signaled for them, look at us and ignored. We waited more. Finally, a girl came up and we told we had the wrong order. She then gave us ours. Didn’t apologize and plus we were still missing an item. We waited again. And finally she came back, I said what we were missing, she said I know. I’m waiting on it. And I said oh ok cause I didn’t know. And still no apology. I can Not believe the unprofessionalism and attitude when I was Nice the whole time about it. Disappointing overall. Seriously.

Too Much

BK East Palmetto in Florence, SC is horrible. I was the only person in the drive thru (dine in is closed) and only ordered a kid’s meal. They didn’t give me fries. Two cars pulled in right time I pulled up, so I had to wait for them to get their orders just to get my son’s kid’s meal corrected. I’d understand if they were busy, but they weren’t, so putting 3 items in a bag shouldn’t have been so difficult.

I guess it’s the luck of the draw as to whether you get good courteous service at this location. Some days I have a wonderful experience and other times, the opposite. It depends on who is working. I go to drive thru mostly and there’s a girl that’s very quiet and soft spoken that always seems to have an expression of disgust…towards the customer,the food,or the establishment… I’m not sure which.

This Burger King is convenient for me. It is for the most part clean. You do have to wait and the time varies from visit to visit. You think, “Hot Food”, nope. The staff I normally interact with are not rude; they just are not customer friendly. This said, it is consistent across the Burger King’s in Florence. Tried to hit 4 stars but had to be honest.
