This burger king sucks. Went at 11:00pm and they would not serve anyone. They had 5 cars in the drive-thru and they were all sitting in the lobby laughing and talking. They even went as far as opening the dining room door for some of their friend to laugh and talk with. I would not recommend them at all.

It’s a shame when you are lied to. I went for 2 bags of ice in the drive thru as I normally do during summer time. I know it’s not a big money maker for the KING but just don’t lie to me. The answer was sorry the ice machine is broken. Really! I walked in and got a drink and magically they went to the ice machine and oh my the drink had ice. Just tell us someone didn’t do their job or you don’t feel like walking to that nice new ice freezer you got that I helped pay for…

Went to the drive-through and was greater by a heavy sigh and a hold on. When she addressed us it was a yeah. , I made two orders got to the second and she couldn’t understand their is three choices. Got breakfast combo for the road this morning, May 26, 2021. The service was ok, nothing memorable until I got home. I went to dump the rest of my drink and ice out in the sink and notice the roach. See photo. Safe to say my stomach turned. I’m assuming this probably happens more than we’d all like to admit, but it doesn’t make it better when it happens. Please BK, clean your ice or cup storage. I didn’t get a receipt, so I cannot leave a survey about this. Go figure.

Got home and inspected my impossible whopper to find the burger set UNDER the cheese. Sketchy. So I lifted it up and found a piece of bacon hidden in my food. Pretty sure it isn’t in the burger maker’s job description or pay grade to decide whether or not my dietary restrictions are worth respecting. I normally have great experiences here, but this time the fries were cold and unsalted and my food was tainted. Not to mention, I was asked to hold at the ordering screen and it took 10 minutes for anyone to even take my order. My husband’s food, however, was normal. I’m a regular here, so obviously I’m kind and understanding, but this is not okay and is worth mentioning. No one would answer my phone call when calling to let the manager know about my trouble, so I guess the daytime folks will hear about it. Either way, if you have dietary restrictions, just know to check your food. Apparently they have an employee that likes to play games.

Went thru drive thru. Gave me wrong order at first. Employee slung my drink at me. Asked for something to clean the drink off me. Didn’t never give me anything. Lid was not on good so drink went on my clothes. I threw the rest of the drink out my window. Never will I ever go back here again.

Not the same burger king I’m used to.,….food no where as good as it was,bun was soggy and fell apart while I was trying to eat it,pattie was way too thin and overcooked,ordered onion rings and a few were fried so bad they were blackened in some spots,the people were friendly and helpful in taking our order and seemed like they really tried to get our order together quickly,the way the girl at the front counter and the one in the back were yelling at each other and arguing over who’s job it was to do what made it to where I couldn’t give 5 stars even if everything else was great….just not the image anyone should observe in a place of business
