If I could give it 0 stars I would. Me and my best friend spend 20 minutes trying to decide what we were going to eat there. We placed our order through the app which it said it would be ready between 10-15 minutes. When we get to this location it saying that they don’t close til 12. Someone on the speaker said we are currently closed and it’s only 11:15 when I called the store I’m assuming a manager answered I explain that we placed our order through the app and she just told me to follow the instructions to get a refund and hung up. What a waste of time and money I could have used for something else. DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

Worst experience I have had with a Burger King. Was not very busy, stood there for 20 minutes to receive my food. Order was missing my small fries. Dude was not very friendly, I paid for my small fries, he turns around stands there talking to co worker then walks off. Fries are just right there where he was standing before walking off. So, as I stood there, again, waiting another worker ask me what I was needing, I said small fries. She politely hands them to me. Got to my table, the cheese sticks was missing marinara. Finally, 25 minutes later get my burger out, was not correct, was cold. I ate the hot fries and gave up. Workers seem to have lots of drama as well.

Nice employees. Someone gave my sandwich to someone else causing my order to get delayed. There was some back and forth about the mystery of the missing whopper. Once it was remedied, my fries were cold and the whopper tasted like it had expired ingredients. Not many customers in the dirty dining room. Uniforms were optional. 1st visit was 4 stars, dirty dining room. But was about to be cleaned. 2nd visit was described and more lasting.

Let’s just say choose somewhere else to eat if you have a 30-minute lunch break. They will not serve you until the order before yours has been given out. Most places keep taking orders. Not! Here you have to wait. And at first, i thought maybe there was an understaffed or something… Nope!

This location should be shut down. The restaurant is filthy in the inside. I made a online order, got there and had no line in the inside or drive thru. Sat at the drive thru for 3 mins and came in. Waited in the lobby while listening to the workers talk in the office. They were so rude and didn’t even acknowledge me. I wanted my food because I had already paid for it. No sorry for your wait or nothing. Just attitude all around. Never come during lunch they have made me late before. Never again…

Went through drive through tonight and at the last moment saw the drive thru girls phone was on her camera five minutes later a transaction was made to a cash app that was declined and I do not have a cash app so just letting everyone know be careful when you go there and pay with a card watch them carefully luckily my instincts kicked in and I locked my card just letting her know that I know who ever you are god bless you, you have a job there’s no need to take from others 05/10/2023@9:36pm

Went to grab something on my lunch break only like 3 cars in the parking lot & one car in front of me in the drive through. The lady kept saying it was gonna be a long wait time, I responded with Okay & went to place my order she refused to take my order because “She had a lobby full of people” & “it’s gonna be a long wait time” she says …. But the car in front of me got to order this burger king is by far the WORST burger king I’ve ever been too..
