This is the slackest BK in my area. I ordered a triple whopper with cheese and no pickles. I got no cheese and pickles. The guy at the window was so high, he was wearing sunglasses, it was after 6pm. When he saw me checking my order, he gave me napkins, smiling the entire time. That’s when I knew that I had been screwed over. With small fries, it was $10 and change. I gave him cash. Didn’t want to be scammed. Pulled away and checked my order, it was wrong. Only the patties and fries were right.

Food made fresh, relatively fast considering the employee was doing it all by himself. Never saw another worker there while I was there. He was taking orders, making burgers, dropping fries, bagging orders, everything. And he was doing a great job!

We were hesitant about stopping here because of the bad reviews but we had nk problems at all. Came in with 5 cranky kids in tow, the woman working the register was kind and super understanding. The food was as fresh as it could be for fast food. Resteraunt was clean. We didn’t have any issues.

2 plain cheeseburgers and couldn’t get it right. I haven’t visited a BK in years but McDonald’s was busy and didn’t want to wait. BK had no cars in drive thru I waited 6 min service was not friendly and the burgers were made wrong

This is legit the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. Whether you’re DoorDashing it or in person, they are completely incompetent and not only screw up my order every time, after ridiculous wait times, but also lie straight to your face about the situation. I’ve had numerous DoorDashers show up for orders only to find that BK never made them, or better yet, lie and say that it was already delivered. If there’s a “worst BK in the world award”, this location takes the cake.

Arrived around 9am and ordered some lunch items via the kiosk. It seemed intentional because terms like “all day” and “breakfast X” were all over the lunch items on that menu, but turns out they don’t make em until 10:30. Also had ordered an icee-like Fanta but the machine was broken. I was offered hash browns but I just wanted a refund. I was refused at first due to some computer issue, and was then told not to swear because I said “freakin'”…lol. I called the lady out on both that and not refunding for services not rendered. The manager came in and tried to hold the line, but I held my ground as well. Not giving a refund is theft. She finally caved and gave me $4.00 of my $4.61 from the cash register. I held out for the missing cents as well.

Stopped at this restaurant to get food went through drive-through sat for five minutes without any response ordered. Our food told him how we wanted it get to the window. I asked them again. Did you get the order the way I wanted it. Oh yes, food gets tortoise and she opens up the windows. Oh, they didn’t make it that way, so we ask for a refund because we sat for over five minutes at the window, waiting for the order and then when we asked for a refund the cashier get an attitude get the manager and the manager gave us the money back with an attitude if this is the way you want to do business at this restaurant? It won’t last very long and I won’t be back.

I’m only giving 1 star for the young lady saying hello, but after using the kiosk because no one approached the counter after a minute. Once finished we waited to be recognized but again no customer service, we’ll be with you in a moment, was never said. So after waiting 5 min we decided to leave then I heard someone say “they are leaving now” this is what happens when you have a bunch of KIDS working together.
