My husband and I don’t eat out much, but when we do, we expect excellent food and service. I came through drive thru and after paying for my food (4:17), got to the next window and the young lady asked me to pull up .. ok, no biggie. Next thing I know, it’s after 4:30. Once the food came out, I had to remind them that I didn’t get my drinks. Ok, now I’m waiting on drinks. The drinks came out and I have to tell the lady the sprite is supposed to be Large. That the spicy chicken fries meal was a large. So I let the young lady know and she said ok, I’ll go back and get it. I then check the bag only to see that the fries aren’t large either. So now I pull my receipt back out only to see that the meal wasn’t a large although I ordered a large for that particular meal. So I end up just leaving as I was already pressed for time considering the fact that I had already been waiting for almost 20 minutes. As I’m leaving Burger King I reach in the bag and the fries are luke warm. If that wasn’t enough, I return home to give my husband his spicy chicken fries and low and behold… the fries aren’t even spicy. This just reminds me that we should continue to eat at home.

She runs the restaurant like the professional that she is. My food is always hot and fresh, and if it’s not, she immediately has it redone for me without hesitation! This is by far the best Burger King to visit in Sumter, SC because Sky and her crew treat everyone with respect. They understand that you never know how a person’s day is going, so they serve all with a smile! I give Sky ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!I love it!.

After ordering at the drive through drove up to pay and the gentleman ask me if I ordered 2 sausage egg cheese corriasants 1 jr burrito 2 – 3 PC french toast I said yes pulled up to collect my order didn’t check the bag it was a simple order I figured it would be alright. I didn’t have half of my order. No syrup for the french toast so nevertheless someone at work didn’t eat this morning that was me. I was not a happy camper.

Went inside to order. Stood there 5 min as manager talked. Asked who was taking orders. She replied I’ll be with you as if I was bothering her. She should’ve stated that when I first walked in if she working the register. New building same bad attitude and customer service.
