We stopped here and walked in to 4 or 5 staff behind the counter sitting around on the floor playing on their phones. After our order was taken it took over 15 minutes to receive our food during which time everyone was slipping and trying not to fall because the floor was wet everywhere with no wet floor sign anywhere and no one even attempting to clean it up. My “crispy chicken sandwich” was soggy on the outside and dried out on the inside like it had already been cooked and then got thrown back into the fryer. Our cheese sticks where cold hard and dried out. This was after we had requested fresh onion rings because they too were cold hard and dried out. It’s the worst burger King location we have ever stopped at and we paid $55 with some of our food being completely inedible. You’ve been warned ⚠️ eat here at your own risk.

The staff here are very unfriendly and extremely impatient. As a service industry, if you don’t even have this basic service attitude, you can choose not to do it. Why do you want to go out to work to make money? Very poor, if there are 0 stars, negative stars, I will give it, I will not come again! Because I still hold the baby, maybe I’m Asian and they made me feel “racist”, no matter what, I will never come again! Even if it’s free!

Two employees let me stand at the counter for 3 mins before a third employee let me know they would be “down” for another hour due to a shift change. It’s a gas station BK so pretty normal level of service.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Came to order my kids lunch and asked for sprite and coke. The worker responded with we don’t have those. Okay so I then asked for a frozen Fanta. She was like I don’t have that either. Okay so then I asked for any sort of frozen drink. She said it slowly and with an attitude like I was stupid and was like our machine is broken. Okay so I then asked well what did they have bevasue that list was shorter. She said will apple juice satisfy your kids.

The staff did a good job of putting out wet floor signs both inside and out from the heavy rain. Ordering was quick. My whopper patty really seemed to have gotten some extra black pepper so it wasn’t quite up to normal BK Whopper taste.

I’ve been to this location numerous times and nobody will respond to you when you go through the drive-thru ! They wait until you pull off to say something. Very rude customer service, they seem like they just hate having to do their job.

I’m a local resident. I rarely go here but decided to try it again after a bad experience the last time I came here. Today I ordered through the app to make it super easy. I sat in the drive through for the better part of 30 minutes. The contractor that was ahead of me waited so long that he just drove off. I waited since I had already paid. After another two or three minutes I get my order and of course check it for accuracy. I was missing an item and they corrected it. The girls were nice enough but this restaurant is absolutely terrible. Food was cold. Garbage cans outside were spilling out on the ground. The franchise owner should be embarrassed. The management should be embarrassed. We get it, it’s not a great job but without some significant changes there won’t be a job at all. No one wants to deal with this type of restaurant. Lord help me if I ever find out who the franchisee is. My guess is that they come from a federal government employment background. I haven’t seen anything run this poorly since the VA.

If I could give zero stars I would. They will make you wait forever, and then never really give you what you ordered. I ordered a bacon king with no ketchup and guess what – KETCHUP WAS THE ONLY THING ON IT! No cheese, no bacon, no mayo just burger and KETCHUP! ALL THE KETCHUP!

Visited on Saturday April 1. There were no customers in the restaurant. The service was horrible. The cashier had a very bad attitude and refused to pick up the money, paper bills, that I had laid down on the counter while she was off doing something else. She just stood there with her hand out repeating the total and rolling her eyes.
