I stopped by on my way home from work, because my wife was not feeling well. So I ordered for all of us. When I got home, I found that my sandwich was not there. The rest of my family at least got their food, but all I had was my fries. I was charged for it as receipt below shows. I’m not impressed, and I had no desire to drive 15 minutes down the road and back to probably spend close to the same amount of money in gas just to get the order fixed.

Ordered a Whopper Jr, (paid cash, did not get a receipt) with extra lettuce, extra onion, no mayo, light ketchup, tomato, no cheese or pickles. (R) They didn’t get it right at all, a dab of ketchup, no tomatoes, no extra anything. I took it back and they made me another (L) and this time just threw a tomato in, and no extra anything again! Look at what heavy extra gets you. It’s pathetic! Worst experience so far, and it’s constantly like this. I’m totally done with fast food at this point. Never doing BK again. You hire cheap help and we get lousy service. Don’t bother replying, you don’t anyway. You can’t even contact this store or corporate to complain

My daughter and I stopped at this particular burger king while on a road trip. We were the only ones who ate a burger and fries. We were the only ones up all night extremely sick. Burgers were burnt around the edges and lukewarm. So that tells me they had been cooked, sat there a long time, then were reheated in the broiler hence the burnt edges. Boooooo

Windows advertising says that they have a late night deal for 4.25 it includes a whopper small fries and small drink. Don’t get your hopes up because not only do you not get that you are treated like you are nuts when you ask why you are overcharged and still don’t get what you ordered. The manager had to call the general manager and still have not been treated this bad in a long time

Lobby is disgusting, bathrooms need to be cleaned. I ordered a whopper and there was mold on the wrapper. General manager needs to be fired and the night manager needs to be fired. Nothing but attitudes to the customers and nothing but hatred to the employees. Something definitely has to be done. They wonder why they are always short staffed.

This was a very new Burger King. It was so new that the lobby was closed because they needed more employees to hire. The drive through was not accessible for my Rv so I walked up to the window and gave my order. I’ve never had an order fixed so quickly. Unfortunately the kind lady at the register forgot the Hershey pie. Don’t feel bad, it was several hours later before I remembered I ordered it. But she made up for it because my dogs were happy. We win some and we loose some. And I’m happy too.

Went through the drive-thru at 10 minutes till 10:00 ordered nuggets burgers and fries. Pulled up to the window said we could wait for 2 minutes for the fries to cook or have onion rings. We waited about 6 to7 minutes, and we’re giving cold soggy fries. Everything was stuffed into one bag so we couldn’t get in it and look. They conveniently have no phone number to call and complain, so I suppose they’ll get to see my bright smiling face first thing in the morning!!
