I wanted to use the Burger King app but it has changed and is very confusing. I asked the clerk for help and he said he knew nothing about the app. I told him politely that he needed to learn and understand the stores app and he laughed at me and said he dies not eat in this store, Burger King. Todays experience cost me $3 more for less food, embarrassed me in front of my friend whom I was to buy lunch for and, it slowed up the line. When we both opened our Whopper sandwiches, we both had to restack the ingredients that had been so haphazardly tossed together. I noticed there were no customers at this location when we arrived. I suspect it is because they have a reputation for bad food and bad service. I won’t be returning.

Then says I will just refund your money for the cookies. Her customer service level is terrible I been in management for over 10 years and this is a horrible example of Customer service. The manager thay worked on June 23rd at 5:23 pm.

Walked in the door at 8:30 on a Saturday night. Woman yells out “y’all ain’t close the door” super loud. She comes out the employee door & I asked “can I at least use the bathroom?” The answer I got was “you already in here now” and the whole time I was using the bathroom, she’s yelling at other employees about not locking the door. Not sure with hours posted til midnight they’re locked up at 830 on Saturday, but the attitude was terrible.

For sure I’m not going to be one of them that only leave bad reviews but I have left one. Stopped by here at 6:30 pm the employee’s that was working during these hours was AWESOME!!! Food was hot and delicious I almost forgot to stop at the light and the lady that was at the window preparing the food handing you your bag made sure you didn’t have to ask for nothing else!! She so humble and sweet she ask me would you like to have a crown I said yes I placed it in the back of my car window…keep doing your thing employees

Burger King hasn’t changed much, but I know their hamber Patty’s sit in the steamer past the max time li it. Changes the taste, not happy about that!

Horrible Customer Service. The no one knows what the other one is doing. Food left with the wrong person and they tried to give it to the correct customer. Dirty dining room, no napkins, no lids or sweet tea. Chicken sandwich was over cooked and mushy.
