This used to be a good restaurant when it first opened. but it fell off hard. The inside looks depleted and the staff and management look uninterested and unmotivated. You have to ask specifically for the specials ex. If you want a 2 for 6 croissant, you have to say you want the ” 2 for 6″ or they will charge you regular price ( not like other Burger Kings , where they ask you if you want the 2 for 6 instead of just charging you ). And you better make sure you check your order, because they are notorious for getting orders wrong at this location. Just avoid all the Fast Food joints on the East South Blvd altogether because the service in that area sucks

I will be reaching out to corporate. My complaint is too long for the amount of characters this box will allow me to write out. My bk experience was horrible. Thank you to the manager at cedar creek rd that listened to my complaint even though it wasn’t from her store. I really appreciated her taking time to speak with me. She calmed me down just by LISTENING AND NOT INTERUPPTING AND MOST IMPORTANTLY NOT HANGING UP ON ME. Very disappointed and was definitely disrespected by the RGM who called me back…. who I truly feel was the same man I spoke to when I called to inform that my order was wrong in the first place.

I am late giving this review but I want to say, This is one of the Best Burger King restaurants to eat at. I have never had an issue with my food or the service at this restaurant. My food has always been HOT, Every Single Time I have eaten here, that speaks volumes about this location…… I applaud all the workers and management, they are doing an excellent job!!!

I have come multiple times and the dining room is not open when it says it is on the door. My work truck doesnt fit through the drive through so i have to go in. I can only imagine the amount of walk in businness this location doesnt get because they wont open the dining room when it says the time on the door.

Wish I could give 0. Horrible staff in the drive thru. No one knew what was going on. Had to repeat my order over 5 times and still didn’t get it right. Lady taking orders was too busy chatting up the car at the window with her mic on. Most of the staff had to be either drunk or high with how red their eyes were and inability to speak.
