The food is decent and service is alright. I like the royal crispy chicken sandwich and Hershey’s sundae pie. The men’s bathroom has no working towel dispenser or air dryer. The eating area is kind of outdated, but the king crowns sitting at each table almost make up for it. I was just driving through and this site is ok if you need a quick bite to eat.

Service was very slow even though no one was on the drive thru or inside. We were the only customers. The girl behind the counter did not listen when we ordered and add cheese and forgot to remove pickles . Food was decent. It was sloppily put together. Look does not effect taste. There were a lot of employees in the building. The ones in the back, some in the lobby cleaning, some on lunch and one that sounded and appeared to be on a date while at work.

I have a online account and love being able to use my points and earn points/get freebies with it, they may not always be familiar with it but they try til they get it to work..thank you! You have a loyal customer and I’m sure many others.. heads up, check out getting an online Burger King account, you can get it without downloading an app. Or download, which ever is best for you…the savings make it worth the time to do..5 stars all the way, and thank you for fresh, hot food after a long drive from the hospital.

They don’t tell people coming through the drive through that they are so slow it may take half a day’s wait to get any food. Low-paid, unskilled employees are ruining the business. I am not sure one can expect more from any business in Plymouth, NC, however. Horrible town.
