Ordered 2 whopper jrs, manager misheard me over the speaker and when I got to the window to tell her I didn’t order what she was charging me for she cut her eyes at me and treated me like I was the problem. Then when they re rang my order, the little girl at the window tried to give me whatever drink she felt like giving me instead of what i asked for. She rolled her eyes at me. You have to be patient and nice because you never know if they’re gonna spit in your food. I’ve been there many times and never had a problem until today. I didn’t mistreat either one of these women, but normally if someone makes a mistake they apologize and correct it. I’m still the customer, but not anymore. What goes around, comes around. And there’s drug addicts passed out behind the building in between the back door and menu board for the drive thru.

BK aimed to please! I was not disappointed either. The line moved right along. Have you ever had that taste for a good charcoal cooked burger, well I was not disappointed. BK delivered BIG TI M E! I really enjoyed the meal. The window Associate greeted me with a Smile and served my fries HOT ! Now that’s what I’m talking about! Go by and get the same…that’s right in Raleigh, NC. As a vegan I’ve been to plenty of Burger Kings. The staff here were very nice and they took making sure my order was made correctly. I appreciated that so much! The food was ok, typical Burger King. Nothing super. My son said his chicken fries were really good. Impressive! The restaurant smelt weird and the restrooms almost made me hurl. The smell was unbearable. We actually planned to eat inside but headed for the SUV and rolled out.

I just walked in to this location of Burger King (New Bern) and it was indeed a terrible experience.I placed my order for one of the meals and asked some questions from the lady that attended to me, and she could not respond. The next scene i saw was the lady going back to her fellow scary looking attendants and started laughing and discussing about me. These ladies were literally looking scary, dirty and rude. I had to simply explain to them that it was not a good way to attend to customers. What i noticed was that the lady that placed the order initially had left. I took my order in an unhappy mood just because i was not happy with their service. I asked the second lady in a gentle voice and said” are you done with my order” . She said YES. I got home and noticed my order was half done. No sides, no extras. Infact, the burger tasted so sour and i did not enjoy it at all. I was just ripped off of my money.

I’m almost certain I just watched a drug deal happen at the door to the kitchen with the cashier and a “customer.” The guy gave the cashier money AT THE KITCHEN DOOR and left with a BK bag and drink, while customers were waiting in line. SUS??

OMG…a late evening visit to this BK did not disappoint! The gentleman taking my order was courteous. The food was hot, delicious and prepared and presented properly. I was pleasantly surprised! I will definitely return to this BK.

First off didnt get my order right the 3 time forgot to get me my soft serve ice cream told me I was lying about it clearly you can see it on the screen two employees were busy getting food for themselves the manager was not wear gloves and were touching the fries with her hand and putting it in the bag that was very nasty no hat or hairnets either they were super rude never coming here

So the impossible Whopper was the star of the show here. Big disconnect between staff and the ability to use the online app. It took way too long. And the manager seems a bit dismissive. Finally got it done, but it was a lot harder than it should have been.
