On 8/22/23 around 2:25pm my wife went through the drive through. She asked if they still had the BK bundle special. The order taking asked if she had a coupon. My wife said no, and with a tone the order taker said “then we don’t have it for you!” Very rude. I was surprised, because years back they were terrible, but in last couple years greatly improved. It only take one rude employee to kill a reputation. The order taker might be better suited to clean bathrooms, do work in the back, etc rather than deal with the public. Lost a long time customer.

Had pulled up to the window to pay for my order. The staff at the window then told me that my card did not go through. I showed them confirmation through my bank that it did indeed go through, and that they need to give me for what I had paid for. They still refused to give me my food, in which I then told them that I need to be refunded the amount that they had charged me. They then refused to do that as well, and continued to give me an attitude, saying that it’s not their problem. I then drove off, knowing it’s not worth wasting my time arguing with someone who very clearly is incapable of doing their job, and doesn’t want to do their job either. Just because you’re having a bad day, doesn’t mean that you should spread that negativity on to everyone else. If you’re unhappy with where you work, then you’re more than welcome to quit. Nobody is forcing you to be there. I will never be going to that location ever again.

If I could give less than a star I would. The service here is the worst I’ve ever seen. Literally had me waiting at drive thru for 5 minutes to order nobody was in line. They were standing around talking when I pulled off. Food is mediocre at best. Whoever owes this restaurant really needs to look at their business and staff. Atrocious!

I come here alot, shoot, I used to work here. And I always order the same food. Yet when I say NO mayonnaise, my sandwich ends of having what I specifically said to remove. There was no line, I still got pulled forward, and STILL didn’t get my food right. Idk if it’s cause Cynthia left(former site manager), but this location be lacking.

Ok I go to Burger King around 6:00 to get dinner for the family and I get to the drive thru speaker, mind you I waited 15-20 mins before someone greets me then the manger says can I take your order as I was giving my order she cuts me off and says hold on a minute, then a minute turns into other 10 min so in totality 35 minutes by this time the drive thru is jammed pack no one at the window. So she comes back and say can I help you what do you want, I say did you not get my order the first time she gets a attitude and says just repeat it at this point I don’t want any food from here because of bad customer service and I said mam I’m fine Ty she said well by then in a rude tone. All I’m saying this Burger King needs a sweep of new management and workers if you don’t want to work quit simple!

I had a bad experience at your restaurant on West Market Street they were rude and disrespectful to me and others.waited in drive through line for someone to help no one came so I pulled up to give order .the person who waited on me rudely told me I had to drive all the way back around because she was not going to wait on me. I did get upset and said something I should of . Every time I go there there’s a problem. I had to go somewhere else to get breakfast. They were pleasant and nice. There were others waiting also!

I’ve been going here for lunch at least once a week for about 2 months now and there is a reason for that. Most burger kings I don’t waste my time going to anymore because the wait is too long or the food is never what I ordered or not fresh. Out of the dozen times or more I have been here I choose this place over every other fast food within 5 miles of here. They always get my order right and quick enough for me to get back to work when I only get 30 minutes for lunch break. Very impressed with the service so far. And the food is great too.
