If I could give the service here zero stars I would. The purpose of doing mobile orders is so you don’t have to wait. I put in a mobile order 17 minutes before I was scheduled to arrive at the location. I get there and have to wait another 10 minutes. There wasn’t a single patron in the store so there was no excuse that they were busy. The fries were warm at best so they didn’t have the excuse of cooking those. This location has gone way downhill over the last year.

This is the worst place to work at I had previously filled out the online form and received a call a few days later then had scheduled it for Saturday i went in there and everything went well and had scheduled it but then when i went that day a manager told me that my paper “was not in the system” and started then I left instead and got a call from the same worker telling me she misplaced it the. Told me to come back on Thursday 4:00 PM and I got there then I waited for 25 minutes in there while the manager was taking her sweet dear time with another potential worker she was taking forever and got her attention after that her first question was how old are you and I said 15 and then she said “oh yeah baby you gotta be at least 16” unbelievable this restaurant does not take their job seriously. So please if your 15 DO NOT waste your time here I would recommend working somewhere else.

I live nearby so I request this place, and I don’t know why. The service is consistently horrible, the orders are always messed up, moldy buns, you name it. I was just told it was a 7 minute wait when I was the only person in line, and it was just under 20 minutes when they came out with this food. It’s embarrassing.

My whopper junior was supposed to be made fresh as I didn’t want lettuce or onion, but it had no heat at all. It was almost cooler than room temperature. It was terrible. Fries were a little warm. No paper towels in ladies bathroom. I give all zeros, except the lady taking my order was nice. There was not a way to rate a zero so had to put one star
