The Store manager Cynthia was very rude and unprofessional even called the police on me because I took my time leaving her drive thru window after she handed me a bag full of food which split wide open once she handed it to me. I asked for a larger bag to put my food in that had fell onto the floor from the bag tearing. She said she didn’t have any larger bags but one of her peers kindly handed her a larger bag with no problem. Instead of this store manager apologizing or even asking if there was any food items she could replace after I told her why I was still in her drive thru she decided to continue with her nasty attitude. I asked for a refund after Cynthia told the police officers that she don’t want me back at her store. Cynthia said NO SHE WAS NOT refunding my my money back in exchange for $40+ order. remind you I was missing an item and food fell out of the bag once it split. After the police came I have her my name and number to pass to her manager Margaret so that she could call me. I never got a call. this was 4 days ago. Cynthia refused to give me her managers contact information or corporate information. I see why they hardly have any workers at this location. Management is terrible

Just went here yesterday and one of the employees who’s a black woman looks to be in her 20s and wears glasses had an attitude the minute my boyfriend and I pulled up to the drive-thru. While placing our order her attitude got even more aggressive and she handed the headpiece over to another gentleman who was ABSOLUTELY nice. When we approached the window, I ignored her attitude and asked her for ketchup because it wasn’t in the bag. As we’re about to pull off she says “GIRL…” with an attitude simply because I asked for ketch up. If you go here, I advise you all to be aware of her nasty attitude. I hope she finds another job that best fits her attitude or seek help.

Error 227 – Name not found
The person acting as a “manager” actually yelled at the kid who let me in to ask about my take out order that I had not received. Then, she tried to admonish me for asking about it. I was only following the instructions from the mobile order I had purchased. Ultimately, she refused to honor the mobile order and refused to offer a refund either.

Rude to doordashes. Dining room locked in the middle of the day, and they make dashers wait in the drive thru even though the order has already been placed. When I explained this to lady at the drive thru she was extremely rude to me.
