Ordered breakfast ahead on the app for pickup which included 1 coffee. When I pulled up to the window (9AM-ish) after giving my order number I was told, and I quote “We ain’t got no coffee, we got ice coffee.” What Burger King doesn’t have coffee at 9 in the morning. I guess this one. Never again. Went to McDonald’s for my Senior cup for $.42.

Went inside to order and heard the cashier tell the drive thru cashier “No more orders after that one!” She turns to me and says “I’ll be right with you!” And I’m just standing there. After a some more time, she turns back to me and says “I’ll be with you in few minutes!” I ask, “What am I waiting for?” She says “There are a few orders and we are waiting to clear them out so the kitchen can catch up and (mumble mumble)!”

Ordered BBQ BACON and cheese whopper Jr. Got home…… no BACON on the burger. Called and asked to speak with a manager. She said…. ummmmm were in the middle of lunch rush is something wrong can it wait? I said I just want to let you know you left the bacon off of a bacon cheeseburger the problem needs to be addressed. She said “I am a manager…. and our GM! Is making the food” so your General Manager can’t make the food right…… slow service as well.

Pulled up the drive thru at 10:32 tried to order breakfast, they told us they didn’t have anymore biscuits and weren’t doing breakfast which was fine. We then tried to order lunch (chicken fries) and they told us they weren’t serving lunch yet. So what are you serving? Won’t be doing back for a while until they can get it together.

I would give no stars if I could. Do not go to this Burger King. Go to McDonald’s instead. I ordered 2 Rodeo Cheeseburgers, medium fries, 2 chicken fries, mozzarella sticks, and a whopper meal with medium fries and coke this was all $25.55. Did not get my whopper with cheese and the 4 mozzarella sticks weren’t mozzarella sticks anymore I have added a picture of the inside of the mozzarella sticks. I called to let them know that they didn’t put my whopper in the bag and the employee tried to say I was lying and told me that if I went there with my food he could give me my money back since I told him I couldn’t drive back today since I live 20 minutes away. How am I going to take back the food if the whopper was missing.. I can’t believe that I waited almost 30 minutes for 4 cars in front of me in the drive thru line.

Got a combo my gf got to eat hers it was fine mine on the other hand was just pure awful the drink tasted awful and the fry’s was the only thing edible they didn’t even give me any sauce that I paid for so honestly I feel like I just threw my money out the window

This was a great Buger King! It was in NC, I think. I wanted ice cream and a small sandwich. There were 2 older ladies working there who were so friendly and helpful. Southern hospitality
