This is by far the best Burger King in the region. The general manager Lee is an absolute delight, and he will make sure everything is to your satisfaction or it will be fixed. I travel past other Burger King restaurants to go eat at this one almost 30 miles away, due to the quality of food, atmosphere and how well the place is ran and the general overall cleanliness. This is the cleanest Burger King I have ever eaten in. I must say that after Lee transferred locations, I transferred as a customer because everything about the former store went downhill after he left.

Have stopped here twice on our way through. The food is OK if you can ever get any. I walked out last time. It’s OK to help a customer with something but if they’re taking up too much of the cashiers time and there are people waiting, you should either ask them to wait or call in someone to help. Plenty of employees running around. App kept crashing, kiosk inside not working right and I don’t have 30 minutes to wait to order.

We were driving through the area and went through the drive thru (10:30am) we had 4 large hash browns and 2 sandwiches.. the hash browns were just thrown in the bag. 2 were upside down and loose laying in the bag. The bag was so greasy. No napkins were given, which I guess was probably good because they would have been too greasy to use. It would have only taken a few moments to set those containers up right. No pride, quality or care??

This is hands down the worst BK I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to some bad ones. Employees wander around like zombies completely ignore you, when you do get to order it sits there getting cold while they’re nowhere to be seen. I don’t know how they stay open. Both times I was there midweek in the afternoon between lunch and dinner so it was not crowded. Not giving them a third chance.

Took a while to get out takeout order. They had us pull around to the front of the store and we waited for 10 minutes more. They kept going car to car and didn’t know who had what. The food was just slapped together and it was like warm. The girl that was trying to work was nice though.

Pretty standard burger king. Have stopped a few times while traveling through. Service never took super long but at times there is a little wait so I try to order ahead with the app. I’d also reccomend the chocolate oreo shake, always a solid choice.

this was our first time here and this lady who im assuming is the manager i would like to give her a big thumbs up for takin the time out of her night to congratulate the employees on their hard work tn and she didnt realize we was in the restraunt but she came around the corner and seen us and apologized for yelling but honestly thats the best customer service ive ever seen or had most managers are snotty but she was very polite and the food was amazing and hot

Corporate needs to overhaul this location. Had a worker get upset for asking for a new drink because she coughed in the cup. Never fails that you have to park after ordering drive thru. Low volume location, no real reason why they can’t perform.
