I had a problem at a previous BK, so there was supposed to be a credit on my app. However, when I tried to use the app in the store, nobody knew how the app worked. They did give me my meal for free, which made my day. I’ll be calling BK corporate to figure out why the credit isn’t on my account (confirmed from their email to me).

Food is good and fresh in the daytime when either the tall friendly manager is at or near the Drive-through window, or the shorter not so friendly manager is at the window. Second shift is a different world all together. I always ask for my sandwiches to be made fresh. (Not sure why they seem to have an attitude about it nor do I care). Two nights ago I asked for my sandwiches to be made fresh only to find out that they microwaved my meal. The bun, lettuce, tomato, pickle were all hot and obviously microwaved. When I called and asked for the manager she didn’t let me get my complaint all the way out because she know who I was and what I was complaining about, which clearly means she apparently approves such service. Who does that??? Who raised you???
