I love Burger King, so far service has been pretty good, and in a timely manner. I did not take pictures of the food this time. However, it tasted great.

The lady at the drive thru was very courteous and attentive. (Kudos to her and the person that hired her!!) She spoke to us as we waited for the food, and before it was done, she offered ketchup and salt and peppe. It threw me off for a second, as not too many people will ask, and when they do, in the end they’ll often forget to place it in the bag. She included it though. As she gave us the food, she told us to drive safely and have a good day….. That’s very nice of her. We had an awesome experience. She made my day!!! It’s getting terrible how these days, such great service is hard to find, especially since thoughtful and kind individuals continue to be getting few and far between. Not Today++Thanks BK!!

Always get things wrong placed order online and they got it wrong 1st the ice cream machine was not working as usual and they forgot some of our food we had called corporate to talk to Mia 8x and still no phone call back this is rediculas so we get get a refund because they cant do it at the store because it is an online order so you have to call corporate in Morgantown and they dont answer the phone just voice mail they goes unanswered so they just get to steal your money when they get things wrong or are out of something also they use the wrong buns for there chicken sandwichs

I am posting because this has happened way more them once. Be aware, if you go here later in the evening they switch the buns, they use cheap, store-bought hamburger buns instead of the buns burger king sells them. And to be honest, it’s gross. It’s hilarious that they are that cheap but the buns still taste gross.
