We dined in at this restaurant and what really made me happy was that despite them being busy and understaffed (which we could see and were understanding),they kindly apologized to us for the wait in advance. This is something I rarely see at fastfood restaurants. The food was hot and fresh as well. My son even told me to leave them a review and my daughter wanted us to leave them a tip which I wanted to do but I would’ve wanted to do it for all of the staff present.

Went in for a bacon and cheese whopper jr. They were out of almost everything at noon. Cashier had to keep yelling to the back asking about what items they actually had. No one knew how to work the milkshake machine but they pretended to and handed me what can only be described as chocolate ice-cream in a cup. They didn’t even have spoons. Order came up .I received the whopper Jr’s with no bacon, about 5 onion rings in the container and the chocolate ice cream so called shake. When preceded to the cashier regarding order I was ment with hostility, tossed a bag of bacon at me, refused any refund or more onion rings. Then told me I didn’t need to come up there and complain and there hob is stressful. While leaving the manager yelled at all the customers stating there stressed and we have to just deal with it or there’s the door..very very bad customer service

Would rather have just put $12 in the garbage. I went in at lunch time and ordered a chicken sandwich meal. The staff was marginally friendly, but they weren’t sure if they could even make my food. There didn’t really seem to be anyone working in the back. I waited a while for my food but not an absurd amount of time. The food I got was honestly gross. The chicken was gray and somehow both soggy and dry. The sandwich was falling apart and had approximately 6 gallons of Mayo on it. The fries were cold and soggy. The soda machine was out of almost every flavor and did not have a water option. If you’re looking to get rid of some cash, go ahead and pay them a visit. If you’re looking to even remotely enjoy the food you’re paying for, run don’t walk to another establishment.

Came thru drive thru and placed order. Requested a Vanilla Iced Coffee and was told didn’t have any ice coffee. This isn’t the first time there hasn’t been any iced coffee. Is a bit disappointing when the item is in the menu, but get told you don’t have any. I came thru drive thru at 730 a.m. I went ahead and got my breakfast sandwich. Does not make me feel like coming in if I can’t get what I want to order.

I’m not sure if this is normal or not but I was asked to stay by the cashier window. Even when the cars in front of me had gone until the cashier told me I could go. And then I was told to move up to the second window and they gave me my food. I found a Time sticker inside of my burger. And they gave me a half size drink even though I got the combo.

Just about every time I go to this place the drive through line is wrapped around the building, they are always out of 75% of the drink options and I almost never get what I actually ordered. On top of that I’ve revived uncooked food.

The workers were so nice, but we ordered breakfast there, and it was really disappointing. Like if sadness could be served for breakfast. We ordered sausage biscuits, and they were not only flavorless, but so incredibly dry to the point that I wondered if they might have been yesterday’s food. I also ordered the French toast sticks, and there again, they were super tough on the ends and didn’t taste like much. The syrup was lovely though. I do think I’ll get breakfast from some place else, and only do lunch and dinner at Burger King. They did have a clean bathroom!
