Poor service, food is poor and staff poorly managed. I’m a leadership coach and trainer. I would give my services for free just to help this owner. Customers have long waits in the drive thru and inside. You pay a lot of money for bad food and service.

Ehhh. This location used to be fantastic. Now it is as if management and the staff really could care less that you are there or not. The food is not prepared with the greatest of care. “Your way right away” is not observed. You ask for it “your way” and it is ignored. You ask for it to be corrected and instead of “right away” it becomes “not today. ” All I asked for was no pickles on my cheeseburger. Not an unreasonable request. I get the impression that no one wants to be there. The dining area is kind of junky. The soda machine in the dining area looked to be long out of service. I get the feeling that this location will soon go the way the other nearby locations went…some are closed and vacant. The others closed and yielded to the wrecking ball. It’s a shame because at one time this location was fantastic. It was well run and the service was great. Now it is not even worth visiting.

Claim to be open 24 hours. Show up at 4:20 AM. All the workers are out side having a smoke break. Waited 5 minutes only to be told that it would be 10 minutes because they were changing over to breakfast. The drive through attendant was rude and was Assuming that I would drive off. Well I waited 10 minutes. Only to be told that the only thing available between 4:35 and 5am was croissants. They just didn’t want to work which is evident. Absolutely the worst. They need to shut down because clearly they have some management issues & lack of customer service.

Went here Saturday, 22 July. Last time we went was 5 days earlier when we had to ask for wet napkins to clean our table as ALL TABLES were filthy. Food however was OK but service atmosphere was terrible. Seems there was no manager. Last Saturday when we went back it was even worse. Ordered, got our drinks, was was informed they had no straws…interesting! Had to take burgers back as they were cold. Heard cook tell coworker it wasn’t his fault cuz the buns were frozen. Again, didn’t appear anyone was in charge but at least tables were clean. Last time we will visit this establishment, despite the coupons. Doesn’t appear ownership or management care there…sorry.

My bugers were cold. The employees were at best indifferent to my being there. The employees were all standing around while I waited to place my order. Finally, I guess someone lost a bet and had to wait on me. The front door tells you all you need to know. It looks like they salvaged it from an old closed store. The staff is the worst. No greeting. No, thank you. I felt like I was bothering them by wanting to order food. Do these places even have managers? What do they do? They don’t clean. They don’t supervise the staff. They sure don’t worry about customer service or bad reviews.

Avoid this restraunt. Went in about 2:30 pm. First thing I noticed was my feet sticking to the floor. The workers/ manager didn’t seem interested in providing good service. All tables were dirty. Drink Area was disgusting. I will never go back to this restraunt. Walking around pretending to be busy while playing on their cell phone. There were zero restraunt managerial practices demonstrated.

This location used to be great. Now it is horrible. I literally waited at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes just trying to place an order and there was no one else ahead of me that may have slowed down the line. Tried to get a Diet Coke with my meal and was told they only had Fanta or Sprite. SERIOUSLY??!! 2 drink selections, that’s it? Finally I get to the window to pay and then get asked to pull up to wait yet again for another 10 minutes. The food came out semi warm and the fries look like they were just leftovers that no one wanted. Very disappointing

Y’all, I cannot make this up- I have ordered frozen drinks dozens of times- NEVER have I ever had a drink not filled and in the smallest cup I’ve ever seen.that’s crazy wasted 30 mins in line and my money for a sip.

Got a chicken sandwich and the chicken was cooked so hard it was not edible, would have taken it back but was Ubering home that day and was home when I realized how it was. Asked the one who was getting my order together if I could have hot fries, he said the fries just came up with a sarcastic tone from the counter to the door out tried the fries and they were cold. That particular bk was an awful experience, never again will I patronize!!!
